Even in economy class, the flight attendants are very kind and really do their job well, and try to do everything possible for a comfortable stay on board. A child with an allergy to honey nuts was able to arrange a dessert for tea without allergens and it was in economy class.

Possibility to order special meals on board. Gifts for children from the airline. Multimedia system for entertainment during the flight (various films, programs, cartoons, games, music).
There is also a very decent airline business lounge at Sheremetyevo Airport.
The business class on the new A-350 is simply amazing!

Russia's favorite airline, this is the option when you understand what you are paying for, your flight will be 99% completed on time, if delays happened more often it was not the airline's fault, but the arrival is still on time.I always order a special menu for children and myself, this is a very convenient option, for children they always give gifts on the way, I do not take any entertainment with me, the multi system always works,we watch movies, cartoons...We managed to see a lot in flight)))
There were many flight postponements during the pandemic, everything was always changed without problems and losses.
I try to use only Aeroflot whenever possible, the only drawback is that the price tag is not always humane.....

Business class in Aeroflot is great! It's worth the money, very tasty food and comfortable chairs. During the flight, I always completely unfolded the chair and fell asleep.
