I want to tell you about my experience of implementing the Bitrix24 system in our organization. We decided to buy this system from Afalina and are satisfied with the result. Firstly, the process of buying and implementing the system was very simple. Afalina has provided us with full support at all stages of the process, from choosing the right version of Bitrix24 to setting up telephony and sales funnels. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently our requests were processed and resolved. Secondly, the Bitrix24 system has proved to be very useful for our organization. We use it for project management, task management, document storage and collaboration within the team. We also really liked the telephony functionality, which allowed us to conveniently communicate with our customers and partners without logging out. We have been able to significantly increase our productivity by automating many business processes. In general, I can recommend the Afalina company and the Bitrix24 system for any organization that is looking for an effective solution for managing business processes and a team.
