Today I went to the store and bought two pairs of glasses, very low quality, disgusting treatment to the customer, after I paid the amount, they did not give me a check allegedly because of a malfunction of the receipt machine, as you understand, the checks do not give, which means a violation of the law! At the request to print the check again, they told me why I needed the check if the refund and exchange were not carried out, after which I asked for a refund, to which I was told it was impossible, I asked to call the director, the answer was the same, the director was very busy with him in the middle of work for his Birthday, as a result, they returned the money to me, or rather, they threw the money so that I just left I would like to draw your attention to bypass this store, since the employee is rude and incompetent, most likely the director specifically employs such vulgar ladies because of his complexes.
