They just don't give a damn about your layout and what it will turn out to be, but they display it "as is" instead of warning you that you won't be able to print it. The adjustments that you need to make to the layout for the specifics of their equipment need to be literally pulled out of them. Even if there was a joint on their part and it turned out to be a marriage with some kind of "industrial" snot in the middle of the product, they will simply give it to you with the appearance that it is necessary. I'm already silent about what's on the physical.They say that you write to them on Telegram for orders, but they ignore you in telegram while on Instagram. (????????) You can't say that no one answers the telegram. Disgusting attitude, terrible quality, indescribable experience, highly not recommended

It is impossible to pre-order some types of printing there, you need to come and wait for your order after the fact. In these social networks, they are unable to report the opening hours of the point (when it does not work according to schedule, for unknown reasons), as well as clarify the nuances of the order. At the point, I have to see the employee's displeased face every time.

The attitude to the order was also very upset, responding once every few days and then after several messages is not professional. They did not notify about the readiness of the order, the final cost was written only after a couple of reminders. In general, it's a disappointment, it's better to find another place to order.
