The Aphrodisias Museum is an impressive place that brings together the history and aesthetic richness of Anatolia. Dec. The works on display are truly fascinating; especially the craftsmanship and details of the sculptures directly reflect the elegance of the ancient world. As you spend time at the museum, your respect for both art and history increases. But some shortcomings stand out. The information boards are inadequate and some of them are overly superficial – the visitor has difficulty getting in-depth information. Intra-museum directions should be clearer, the flow can be a little confusing, especially for someone coming for the first time. In addition, the air conditioning system or indoor ventilation is insufficient in summer. Nevertheless, it is a great gain to see such a qualified collection so well preserved in the middle of Anatolia. With minor improvements, it has the potential to become a world-class museum.
