I went for a manicure a year ago, and it was done pretty well. I decided to try signing up now, I'm attaching screenshots of how the manager/administrator communicates with me. Customer orientation is at the lowest level, and the desire to use the services of this salon immediately disappears

The place is generally good, but it's better to have a permanent master. They always gave me a great haircut, but the last visit was disappointing. The master started cutting my hair without even asking my wishes.
