I was in the salon for the first time, since I live in Moscow. I did a manicure with master Alexandra. I am happy with her work. I did my manicure carefully and carefully. Calm, friendly, diligent. I give Alexandra 5 stars, and the salon 3.
Next to me, they did a manicure, apparently, to a regular customer who for some reason allowed herself to watch movies and short videos on her phone without using headphones. This is a complete disrespect to other visitors. She asked the master a question: does it bother you? Should I ask? Should I ask my master? The sound of the cinema did not bother her master, apparently, hearing problems. I have good hearing and her tactless behavior bothered me, but I did not make a scandal, since I was in the salon for the first and last time.
So the overall rating is 4 stars, but in a city where everyone knows each other's laws (((

It 's not the first time I go to the solarium, but the first time I came to this salon and burned down !!! I don't have a living place on me, I got burns in 7 minutes, it's impossible to touch! I do not recommend this solarium to anyone, take care of your health!!!!

02/15/2023 I did a coated manicure and a coated pedicure in this salon. What can I say, on 21.02, it began to peel off and go chipped. This is the worst manicure and pedicure in my life, the heels after treatment on the 3rd day became rough to such an extent that it's just terrible. Unfortunately, I did not remember the master, and I live in Moscow, but I would have come and left a complaint for a low-quality service. Only the girl at the reception deserves praise for her professionalism to the client. I do not advise you to go to this studio.

I was in the salon. I did the shape and coloring of my eyebrows. I am very disappointed. The shape of the eyebrows was made terrible. It is necessary to wait for time to return the shape of the eyebrows back. After the salon, I had to erase the eyebrow coloring in order to somehow improve the appearance of the eyebrows.

I had a pedicure there about three weeks ago.
And what can I say?
This is the worst pedicure of my life.
The feet were poorly treated, the nails were all of different lengths and shapes. And a gel polish was applied far from the cuticle. As a result, the pedicure is 3 weeks old, but it looks like I've been walking with it for 2 months.
There are chips on the edges.
There have never been such problems before.
There is only one conclusion: I will not go there anymore. Because in addition to a favorable atmosphere, the service must be provided with high quality.
