A wonderful hotel. Very good staff. There is an ironing room, a separate room where you can use the microwave and eat. There is a bar on the ground floor. You can have lunch and have coffee in the morning. There is a green area next to the hotel. The air is clean, beautiful views and walks. It is convenient to get from the station by metro, then by trolleybus or bus. Transport runs frequently. I lived there while studying, my impressions are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet green area.

A modest hotel! The room is very modest (like my grandmother's in the village)! But the bed linen is clean and as new as the towels too!!! This is the only place in Minsk where there was a place !There was no hot water on the day of the overnight stay! And the kettle is 1 downstairs in the cafe! Breakfast lunch must be pre-ordered and the food will be delivered! You can buy tea, coffee, and buns in the cafe!There were a lot of grandmothers in the morning, this kind of hotel is just right for the elderly!
At the reception, pleasant and helpful people met us at 23-00 at night and gave us dishes and a kettle! Thank you for the warm welcome for this all 5 stars!

An amazing place, cozy, clean, delicious air, friendly hotel staff. The room overlooked a piece of the city, where you could watch the sunset and a piece of pine forest. The rooms are clean and decent. The Internet works perfectly, without interruptions. Delicious breakfasts!!! Near a beautiful park, metro, shopping center within walking distance. Only the warmest and most pleasant memories of this place remain!!! I thank the hotel staff for their friendly and attentive attitude towards the guests!!!

Прекрасный вариант размещения, особенно если вы путешествуете на автомобиле. Нет проблем с парковкой, расположение - близко от кольцевой дороги. Можно говорить о необходимости небольшого косметического ремонта, но в целом мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Номера просторные, есть лифты, в номере все работает: холодильник, телевизор, обогреватель. Из лоджии открывается потрясающий вид на хвойный лес, воздух чудесный, особенно по утрам. Ну и главное- персонал. Нам попались профессионалы отельной сферы, причем и среди ресепшионистов, и горничных, и других. Одним словом - рекомендуем.

It corresponds to 2 stars. No services, no food, no information. The room is clean and cozy, a scoop in the best sense. The place is wonderful, the pine forest and the trolleybus stop are close. However, a taxi in Minsk costs such pennies, taxi drivers are all friendly Slavs that you can get anywhere at any time.

It's good on the outside, the real Soviet Union is inside. It's clean, but it needs updating for a long time. The staff and people in general in Belarus are friendly. The restaurant was closed on site.
We were charged 3500 rubles for a room in Russian rubles. Close to the center of Minsk.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years. We like. We try to take a room with a view of the library. Francisca Skaryna. The bed linen is clean, cleaned regularly. There is a refrigerator. The TV takes both Belarusian and Russian channels. You can order breakfast and lunch. The payment for accommodation is adequate and moderate.

But it's not 5* either. but everything is clean and cozy! !and the check-out time is from 12 to 12!!! The hotel is located in the middle of a pine park, a 15-minute walk to the metro. The hotel has a Soviet-era design, but is slowly being renovated and updated.
What I don't like: in the morning, employees are rattling and making noise in the hallway, and the audibility is awesome. In the rooms too, the walls are "cardboard". It helps that the law on silence works. You can sleep peacefully))

The hotel is located in a wooded area, far from industrial enterprises, clean air, cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, everything in the rooms is modest but very neat, 20 minutes walk to Independence Avenue, but you can also use transport. If you need to eat, there is a Fox Hole cafe, a Neighbors store and a Euroopt nearby. I didn't find any disadvantages. Good luck to the staff!!!

We lived in a 2-room suite, a clean room.One room is a bedroom, the second is a living room with a sofa and an armchair,there is a TV and a refrigerator (full),a separate bathroom, in the bathroom there is a bidet, a bathtub and a sink, there was shampoo and disposable soap (replenished daily).It is far from the city center, 40 minutes by public transport.I do not advise you to take breakfast-it's just not delicious, coffee also tastes like water.Overall, it's not bad.

A wonderful hotel. A light vibe of the Soviet arrangement brings pleasant memories. Very warm rooms. Wi-Fi catches even on the street. Behind the hotel there is a large forest with a beautiful view. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need to stay. There was a refrigerator in the Suite. The rooms have balconies with wonderful views of the river and the sports complex. The hotel is a real memorial to the Soviet past, only the red banner is missing. Therefore, the impressions are ambivalent. Advantages - humane and customer-oriented staff, the rooms are very clean, they allow you to live with a dog. This also includes humane prices and breakfast included in the room rate. Now let's focus on the disadvantages. The mentioned breakfast is a glass of tea and a bun. We are not bourgeois, we don't need to eat a lot! The hotel restaurant is only engaged in catering events, you can't just eat for money. By the way, the hotel is located on the outskirts, it is better to get to the nearest cafe by car. If at the same time you want to drink, then take a taxi - Minsk policemen are incorruptible and severely punish drunk drivers. There are a lot of things in the rooms! There are no bathrobes, no slippers, no hygiene kits with a toothbrush either. Since there is socialism in the hotel, no, it means not at all, not for any money. But there are hair dryers - exactly two for the whole hotel, and you have to take a queue for them. We are not bourgeois - we wash every day! The usual services in capitalist hotels like laundry, gym, ordering food in the room - well, you already understand... In general, the hotel is firmly worth two stars. Here I put four - for good staff, Parking space and almost always available free places (I wonder why that would be ...).

Хорошее, красивое место, вид из окон прекрасный! Большой плюс- балкон в номере! Белье чистое. Кровати на 4ку. Холодильничек морозил хорошо. Телевизор не включали. Везде достаточно чисто. Включен на завтрак хороший кофе и выпечка.Антураж из 90.х - как к бабушке в гости съездили🙂 НО! ВНИМАНИЕ ТУРИСТАМ ИЗ РОССИИ! Оплачивайте проживание только белорусскими рублями. КОММИСИЯ В терминале при оплате по карте Мир АТОМНАЯ🤯 не поняли мы почему, но заплатили намного больше, чем был расчет по курсу банка. При этом в этот день банк считал бел. Рубли около 32 при расчете в других заведениях Минска, а в гостинице вышло намного дороже( за это и снимаю звезды.

I got a corner one, under the roof, apparently with a clogged storm drain, so there is a wet wall and a musty smell in the hallway... as well as in the bathroom too ... from the parquet to the door handles - the atmosphere of the Soviet era, as a child I visited health resorts with my parents, so it somehow resembles the interior, probably typical at that time in sanatoriums, rest homes and hotels... from the equipment: LCD TV, mini fridge, Wi-Fi router (yes, there is Internet, but somewhere around a megabit... for some reason, I barely caught it from my smartphone, probably too far to 4g towers...) and a phone, a regular, landline phone, which for some reason sometimes rang during the day... and when you pick it up, they asked you to accept a fax on the wire and hung up the phone without waiting for an answer, approval or explanation... the bedside lamp (again unlucky) also did not work, or rather the switch on the wire - it was worth slightly moving the wire, and the light began to blink and turn off... otherwise, a hotel and a hotel, for people coming from different regions for advanced training, is a good option, paid for by the company... there are no questions for the staff, the management is apparently interested in profit - you can't keep track of the little things and shortcomings, and people either won't return at all, or only after 3-5 years, when the next professional development period comes...
P.S. IMHO, your opinion may differ, especially if you had some kind of single "suite", if it there is😁(I was not in other rooms)

The room stock is very old, the doors from post-Soviet times are skewed, they do not close well, the plumbing is in the same sad condition, dirty carpets, bed linen does not match the size of the bed, there is nothing to say about pillows, creaky floors and it is very cold - and this is in early October! Only for 3 nights I fell asleep under 3 blankets, while a small air fan was able to warm up the room. The location of the hotel is far from the city center, it is difficult to get there, taxis are correspondingly much more expensive, shops are at a distance of 1 km. The food in the cafe is imported, very tasty, like coffee, in general, not the best place to relax!

Замечательный отель в зелёном тихом месте, недалеко от центрального проспекта - проспекта Независимости (до метро Восток 20 минут неспешным шагом). Территория вокруг отеля чистая, ухоженная. В трех минутах ходьбы от отеля водная система - там уточки, семейство лебедей. Также можно покататься на лодочках и водном велосипеде.
Рядом с отелем лес, где можно прогуляться (есть хорошо протоптанные тропинки, освещение).
По соседству спортивный комплекс.
В отеле ооочень вкусная выпечка на завтрак, чай.
Номера чистые, уютные. Постельное белье чистое свежее.
Техника: телевизор, холодильник - все работает.
Санузел раздельный. Туалет небольшой, чистый. В ванной чисто, ничего не подтекает.
Инфраструктура развита - много магазинчиков рядом, аптека, остановка автобусов и троллейбусов.

A hotel for 4 balls maximum. There was a two-room room, with its own bathroom. A large TV, tortured for years, the remote control of which did not work. The refrigerator is loud at night. They froze at night, the heating batteries did not work (month of October). According to the price tag, the hotel is not expensive. The location is beautiful. The metro station is a 20-minute walk away. Cafe, restaurant. The room is clean. I couldn't hear the neighbors, because the hotel was almost empty.

Неделю жили в двух двухместных экономах. Чисто, аккуратно, уютно. Интерьер в стиле СССР, полностью аутентичный (кроме современных пластиковых окон), так что тем, кому интересно, как это было - дополнительный познавательный момент.
К сожалению, местами детали интерьера поизносились, требуют небольшого ремонта и обслуживания дверные петли и защёлки. Кровати крепкие, постельное бельё - образцовой чистоты, как и полотенца.
У нас в стоимость входили мини завтраки: стакан кофе или чая и выпечка. Рядом, в том же здании, есть кафе, как минимум, можно пообедать. Есть небольшая парковка. Рядом водная система и прокат катамаранов, позади гостиницы лесной массив.
Недалеко несколько автобусных и троллейбусных остановок, до метро пешком минут 15-20, там же находится национальная библиотека, одна из достопримечательностей Минска.

I liked the hotel right away, the reception immediately offered to choose a room from the available ones to your taste, the room on the 8th floor was completely satisfied, any troubles were solved very quickly and promptly. We fulfilled all the requests we had. They were supposed to leave on 2.10.23, but they extended the room for another day. Everything was very satisfactory, in the future we will book a room only here on the 8th floor. I wish the owners of the hotel and the staff prosperity and adequate visitors. The best thing is the view from the window and that's it! The rest leaves much to be desired. The smell in the room is as if a hundred people smoked at the same time for 10 years in a row. And in general, the whole situation is not pleasant. Drive past this hotel!I read negative reviews, but I decided to leave and for nothing! The hotel urgently needs major repairs, and the furniture- these greasy chairs were still seen by my grandmother (The beds creak, there is no breakfast, coffee and a bun, and on Saturday and Sunday there is none at all, we went to the nearest shopping center for breakfast, I put 2 only for the goodwill of the staff, the rest is -1.

It does not match its cost :/ unpleasant odors in the corridor and room, the condition of the furniture leaves much to be desired ... the bathroom looks like from the 90s, armchairs with some kind of bench, beds were good with a clean bed. There is no elementary kettle, iron — there is none of this in the room. Alas:(

Junior Suite 'Soviet style'...but the room is warm, and in winter it is important... Coffee/green tea +croissants/khachapuri in the bar as a compliment from the hotel = a pleasant bonus. The hotel is located in a quiet picturesque place, just behind the hotel there is a forest, at the bottom there is a river with ducks. The hotel would have a small repair shop with the replacement of plumbing and there would be no end of those who wanted to.

Very nice hotel, the atmosphere of the Soviet Union. The room is large and clean, a balcony with a view of the park, Parking, tea and cake for breakfast. Kind staff, quickly settled. Near a park with a lake, swans, sports facilities. The metro is 1.5km away on foot through the park. The price is adequate.
