When checking into the suite, we were not warned that there would be a banquet in the restaurant with whistling, music and chairs falling on our heads. To our question, we were told that there was nothing they could do - they were celebrating a birthday. The music screams so loud that the walls shake from the bass.

The worst hotel in Yerevan! SOOO FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER! Not every taxi driver agreed to take us. Disgusting breakfasts, with a maximum of 2 stars. Residents of neighboring houses come to the pool, gym and steam room. But! The most terrible thing is the staff at the reception. I still did not understand why they were there. The TV in the room did not work for 5 days of stay. Nobody cared at the reception!!!! Our vacation was ruined! Don't make our mistakes, don't buy into beautiful photos and attractive prices. they are low because the service is disgusting.

For those who know what real 5 stars are, it will not be comfortable here!Disgusting service for such a hotel. When checking into the room, which was booked for 3 people, there was only 1 large towel. Cups, glasses, etc. only for 2 people. I had to ask for everything separately. Breakfasts at the 3-star level: porridge on water, scrambled eggs, sausages, instant coffee and tea bags only black!!!! At the same time, all this is cold. They asked me to keep them warm every day.
But the most terrible thing is the extra bed for the third resident: a cot with metal rods and a thin mattress. The maids say that everyone is complaining. Sleeping on them is not possible from the word at all.
The hotel is located VERY far from the center, it is definitely not within walking distance. The taxi is not expensive, but TRAFFIC JAMS. Sometimes the journey took more than half an hour. There are only construction sites near the hotel, there is absolutely nowhere to go out in the evening.
The windows of the rooms overlook a very busy street - it is very noisy, it is not possible to sleep with the windows open.
The water in the pool is 24 degrees, apparently for walruses.
One of the advantages is a new renovation, stylish interior.
But we're not going there anymore!!!

We had a rest in October at this hotel! Everything is at the highest level! I want to express my special gratitude starting from the entrance group, where the door will always be opened for you, then the reception - amazing girls, responsive staff in the lobby bar and ending with the cleaning staff and staff in the pool and gym! Well, we also want to express special gratitude to the chef of the restaurant and the restaurant staff!!!!! Everything is at the highest level! There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel!!! When we go to Yerevan, we will only stay there!!!!!
