We faced blatant disrespect and lack of customer orientation from the staff of this branch. Things were ruined several times, but the situation was not solved in any way, they were forced to pay! That is, it doesn't matter if your item is ruined or not - pay and that's it, "we have such a system," says a dry cleaning employee. No apologies, no desire to solve the client's problem somehow, for them "the client is always wrong", and they don't care that my thing is ruined. They refer to the fact that the management does not allow them to go to a meeting with clients and resolve such issues.
