We took our dry cleaning yesterday in our white cloth bag, which we use for trips. We got our clothes back today, but without the bag. On the spot, we were informed that "someone had taken her away." Instead, they offered an ordinary plastic bag, as if it were equivalent. It wasn't a one-time package, but our personal item that we always take on trips. It is very unpleasant that the employees simply appropriated someone else's property. There were no apologies or attempts to resolve the situation. This attitude is completely unacceptable. If you don't want to lose your item, choose another dry cleaner. We dropped off our laundry yesterday in our own white fabric bag, which we always use when traveling. Today, the clothes were returned without the bag. We were told that “someone took it.” Instead, they offered a cheap plastic bag as a replacement. This was not just a disposable bag-it was our personal item, and someone from the staff clearly took it. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, just indifference. Very disappointing experience.

Do not take it to this dry cleaner. They ruined an expensive exclusive Loro Piano shirt and refused to pay the cost. Carefully read the information on the receipt. It says there that they pay 5 times the amount of the cleaning cost. The staff is rude, inconsiderate. The exclusive shirt was washed together with the bed linen, decreased in size and lost the quality of the fabric.
