We ordered a cake from Agnes pastry shop for the birthday of our son Adrian, who turned 1 year old. We wanted an individual design and taste, and the Agnes team did a great job with this task. The cake turned out amazing – vanilla yogurt sponge cake with raspberry mousse. The taste was simply divine, and the decoration met our expectations. We recommend it to anyone who wants to surprise their loved ones with a delicious and beautiful cake! The service is top-notch, and the result exceeds expectations.

I always ordered cakes from them (for each month of my daughter). Everything was more or less normal, but if the cake is for 8-10 people, the order is executed on the stream. It's like I don't care about you. And it's okay that I ordered a cake from them for 100 people and then recommended this place to everyone. I tried to persuade everyone to order here. After the treatment that happened to me, I will not order from you anymore, purely on principle. When you send one photo, you ask for an inscription on the cake (and this is the main thing about the cake), but it is simply forgotten, and the pitch leaves much to be desired, and on the day of the celebration you are stupidly nervous and try to solve the situation instead of enjoying the process. The complaint was blamed on me, allegedly they have several managers and everyone needs to be warned. Although I talked on Viber, Damn, read the correspondence if there are several of you there. In general, because of this attitude towards the client, you lost me and a dozen other customers who regularly took cakes from you. Take the example of Papayas, at least they know how to communicate with people.
