The taps are poisoned (the speakers are Soviet), there is no waiting room, there is no toilet where you can't wash your hands, you plug in but you can't refuel right away, you wait for something (probably until the pressure in the tank is increased). Refilling 30 cubes takes half an hour. 3 stars just for the fact that there is nowhere else to refuel from Sambek to Makeyevka.
