The agora in the ancient city of Perge is the 2nd of Turkey. it is a big agora. It is an agora whose floor is covered with mosaics. The columns around it are really beautiful, worth seeing. The peculiarity of the shops around this agora is that one of the two shops next to each other faces towards the inner side of the agora and the other in the opposite direction. Thanks to this, the front of the shops was prevented from being crowded and it was a beautiful architectural example even at that time from an aesthetic point of view. #pergeagora

There are not enough information signs, there is no map of the area, no signs. When you buy a ticket, they wave at you, indicating that you turn around the booth. The amphitheater was closed for the duration of our visit, which is very disappointing, as this was the main purpose of our visit. But overall we really enjoyed it. The city is within transport accessibility. It's a very interesting place.

It's interesting to see, but just for once. The amphitheater is closed, and that's where everyone wants to go. It was interesting to see the architecture, and there is also information on the stands about how everything looked originally. It's a pity there's no interactive option on the site.
