An amazing place in Belarus, located on the territory of the Braslav Lakes National Park and near the city of Braslav. We have been traveling here for many, many years and I would like to say that the place does not stand still, but is changing. There is great nature, smells, and housing ranging from hotel rooms to two-room cabins. Several baths. Great fishing! It's good that you can come with children, they just have a place to roam and are pleased with the presence of a playground. Great vacation for reasonable money.

Cozy houses with everything you need, a Playground, a barbecue area, and the first coastline to the lake. It's a great place! A place of power, a place for the soul! We had a great time at this manor. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, there is a place to run, and just relax on the pier. The houses are cozy, they have everything for a comfortable stay, everything is clean. And what a stove, it gives a special warmth. We went to Braslav, which is located 5 km from the estate, where we walked, ate draniki and shopped. I recommend Vival for a great vacation!

A great place to relax! We rested in red wooden and white houses. It is quite comfortable, the house has everything you need.: dishes, bedding, firewood for the barbecue and fireplace. Each house has its own barbecue and gazebo. Everything is always tidy and clean. You can rent a sauna. The territory has a play area for children, gazebos, and its own convenient pier. We had a rest in a gray house: modern, spacious, cozy, with its own sauna! Excellent location near Braslav, beautiful territory, beautiful lake, free play of table tennis, use of boats, catamarans! Special feature: there was no microwave in the gray house, there is no sandy beach at the entrance to the lake. I'll be happy to come back! We have been vacationing here for several years, we have seen the evolution of the place over the past 6 years. Good location, beautiful landscapes. As one of the campers said, it's a "place of power." The owners are investing in infrastructure, trying to provide comfort and leisure for vacationers. Of course, there are minor flaws, but everything is solvable and tolerable. The price is moderate against the background of the conditions. A good place to stay and very popular. For summer holidays, I advise you to book in winter/spring, because everything will be busy closer to the season.

When it rains, it flows into the house, it is necessary to substitute a jar, cover it with towels, if it is at night, then it is impossible to sleep 2. Everything sticks to the frying pan, the housewives had nothing to replace it with, the kettle is not electric and is also in terrible condition 3. I would like dark curtains in the house so that I can sleep longer. 4. We rested for 11 nights, the bed linen was not changed even once 5. There is only one children's bike, and there are many people who want to ride it. 6. On the territory near the houses, mosquitoes sometimes bite in the evening, it would be great if at least this area was treated from them. I wish Vival development and prosperity.

I recommend taking a portable gas stove with a saucepan and a kettle, because there is only a refrigerator and a microwave. I advise everyone to visit this corner of the earth))

The rooms are renovated, new shower room, bathroom, kitchen equipped with all appliances, even a dishwasher, necessary utensils, refrigerator. That's it. The atmosphere is divine, very friendly and responsive staff 👍 Nuances: the drains in the shower are not thought out, it is combined with the toilet. The water drain is only in the shower, while you wash all the water gets on the floor near the toilet, there is no water drain, so there is a swamp, and it is slippery. There is no bucket for muscovite and paper in the toilet. There are not enough hooks or wall hangers in the room and hallway and in the bathroom. But taking such money, you can replace the dish sponge before each check-in and put the cheapest napkin so that you can wipe the table. It was very unpleasant to wash the dishes with an old dirty and greasy sponge, I had to buy them myself, they were cheap, but there was no store nearby - I had to go to the city on purpose. Well, you can at least hang a cheap bar in the toilet, because if you don't open the window, then it's not very pleasant to enter it. Overall, the impressions are very good, we rented a lot of different housing in Braslav, there is something to compare it with. We will come here again, but we will already keep in mind what we need to take with us)

There is a small beach for guests - there are not many people, but in fact there is no infrastructure other than a well-trodden path to it. But on the territory of the estate it's a completely different matter: a playground, a gazebo with a barbecue near each house, tables on the veranda, bicycles, catamaran, forest, nature. Very poor connection and internet connection. The rooms are designed for three people and, accordingly, everything comes complete for three: pillows, plates, cups and so on. You can live with pets in the manor! - don't forget to clean up after them. Garbage collection is daily on weekdays.
