We arrived as relatives, a very good place, everything is clean, well maintained, everything works. The owners are trying very hard. There is a kitchen with everything you need, tea, coffee, cookies, a very tasty breakfast. The economy room has a comfortable bed, wardrobe, table, hanger, TV and even a decorative fireplace. There are shared showers, with a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. There are gazebos, a sauna and you can park your car, birds are singing, in general, beauty. 10 out of 5 stars, if there is an opportunity, we will come again.

A very comfortable manor. Large Parking in a closed courtyard, well-maintained internal territory, very nutritious breakfasts are already included in the price. We stayed for several nights always in different rooms. It is clear that the owners put their soul into the maintenance and development of this place, so you naturally want to return to such places. Thanks to Julia for her hospitality! I boldly recommend this wonderful place to all travelers 👍🏼

We spent the weekend in this wonderful guest house. I would like to mention first of all the hosts, very hospitable people. The caring hand of the owner is felt. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us in the morning!
The territory is very beautiful, well-maintained, there are several gazebos, which are equipped with light, heater, sockets and musical equipment. There is a barbecue next to each gazebo. There are two baths on the territory. One is small with a swimming pool, the second with billiards and table tennis for a larger company.
There is a parking space on the territory of the farmstead.
A wonderful place to relax. The manor has an atmosphere of solitude, comfort and warmth.

Indeed, everything corresponds to the reviews. Nice rooms- comfortable bed, TV, clean linen and towels. hearty breakfasts (porridge, eggs, cottage cheese, sausages, omelette, tea/coffee and much more. You definitely won't leave hungry. excellent hosts.
The car broke down, we left it in the garage during our vacation at the sanatorium, helped us sign up for the service👍

A very cozy and clean place! Thanks to the owners of the house for taking care of the house, taking care of the guests, there is everything that travelers need. We stayed here solely because of the proximity to the airport - as in a country house, the 2nd floor is allocated for rooms, a small room with the most necessary, shared! the shower is on the second floor (we were lucky, as we were alone).
We had no choice for breakfast, it was cooked in fact - herculean porridge, eggs, sausages, sliced cucumber and tomato, cheese, tea, coffee.

The only drawback in payment is that on the island the cost was presented in Russian rubles (5,300 rubles). Since we did not have Belarusian money, we thought to make a transfer, but there with the conversion the price tag turned out to be more than 7000 Russian rubles, we found a way to pay in dollars so that it would not be so expensive overnight. Therefore, if you go from Russia, it is better to take Belarusian rubles in cash so that there are no misunderstandings.
Next time, I think we will consider hotels in Minsk itself, which will be more attractive in terms of price and quality.

We visited this place because at the moment we did not find anything closer and cheaper in Minsk. In fact, it is a great place for urban residents to relax in a rural ecosystem with urban amenities. Some rooms have private bathrooms, some with shared ones, but they look comfortable enough. The barbecue area is free, gazebos and a sauna for an additional fee

On the way to Grodno, we stopped for the night in Smolnitsa. Very emotional. A clean, well-maintained enclosed courtyard. the room is clean and warm. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The bed linen is very nice. The room has everything you need and nothing superfluous. Silence. Delicious homemade food. And most importantly, we were accepted with a dog. Thank you Julia and Oleg! We celebrated the anniversary of my husband. The whole house was rented. This is just an amazing place! I was very surprised at how much love and awe people feel about their work.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Maximum comfort for guests. There were many children, young people, as well as adult guests of the 50+ category in our company, and absolutely everyone had something to do, everyone found leisure.
Everything in the house and on the territory is located compactly and very competently. You can have a dance until morning and not bother the neighbors at all.
I was absolutely not worried about the everyday moments for the guests (towels, dishes, shower gels, etc.), because it's all organized at the highest level. The hosts are very loyal in terms of check-in/check-out time.
We really rested in this wonderful place. All the guests liked it very much.
