I gave the briefcase for restoration. I waited 3 weeks. Some were done well, some were not done at all, they said that this was not in the order, although it was stipulated during acceptance and in correspondence, they wanted to raise the video, but it did not work out apparently. They refused to finish it and offered for money, although almost 400 rubles had already been paid. Restoration with a torn lining is strange. Yes, even if this was not stipulated, then the master could have called with clarification, otherwise you can't talk to the master, you can't call. I will no longer address and advise others with such an attitude towards the client.
