Beautiful, landscaped courtyard, clean and cozy room, the room has a kettle, refrigerator, toiletries, snow-white bed linen, soft mattresses, water can be drunk from the tap, the water is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff and host. It's a pleasure to be here. The hotel is in the center of Martuni, everything is nearby. The hotel is 100%⭐⭐⭐ as stated.

The best hotel in this city! Clean, cozy, spacious rooms. When you pass through the hotel into the courtyard, it's as if you find yourself in a green oasis in the middle of a gray and rather dirty city. There is a parking lot for cars. There is a car wash nearby. You can order breakfast at the hotel, but we didn't take it. And keep in mind: despite the fact that the city of Martuni is located on the shore of Lake Sevan, it is impossible to swim there! There are no beaches, instead of water in this place there is just black slush, similar to oil.

The first impression is good. A hotel with an eye on luxury, but... There is no bottled water in the rooms and you will not be able to find a cooler, there is no kettle in the room, tea too, which is strange for such a level of the hotel (well, at least it looks with the law under 4 *). In the morning, we waited 40 minutes for coffee, tea and breakfast. I had to walk around several times and remind myself of myself. We sat down in the courtyard to drink coffee, the owner began to sweep the paths around us, understanding the path of the pillar. We were in May, in dubak rooms.

To begin with, there is no card payment and no air conditioning in the rooms. In 4 days, we have never changed the towels in the room, we take out the garbage ourselves. The floors are not washed, we are with a small child, it is important for us. I do not recommend it. There is no attitude towards the hotel guests. No one is ever there and everyone gets lost if you ask something. They promised breakfast , but no one ever offered it. To swim, you need to wait 10 minutes for hot water to run. It takes 2 minutes and runs cold again. In general, about nothing.
