Great business lounge! Stylish, beautiful! The food is normal. When I was flying from Oman with a connection, I really wanted to sleep, I was sheltered by the cute sofa of this business lounge. Food will do. The views of the planes are cool. In general, I recommend it.

We did not meet!!!! Do not order this company!!! They were supposed to meet us at the entrance to the airport... We entered - there is no one with our last names! They asked all the people in uniform, all with signs - ours is NOT THERE! We waited !!! While we were waiting, several more buses arrived!!! No one came!! We decided to go up the escalator! There was no one with our last names there either! So, asking everyone along the way, we reached passport control!!! We have been going to Dubai since 2008!!! We decided to order it exclusively for the speed of passport control! But NO ONE MET US!! We quickly passed the control without them! The airport is great!!!! Ahlan is terrible!!! They wrote letters to them - they claim that they were waiting.. Well, they would have said something else 🤦🏻♀️ There was no one along the entire route from the airport entrance to the transfer!!! The money is not refunded! Poor service! Apparently, he does not value his reputation at all, since this is how they behave with people who constantly travel and navigate perfectly at the airport! I am very upset with both the service and the response! NOT APPRECIATING THE CUSTOMERS!!!
