We were there for 2 nights, the team took three rooms. The hotel is super, you can see that everything is new and fresh, spacious rooms, good bathrooms and furniture, carpets everywhere. The breakfasts are excellent, you can take food with you near the cafe. Getting to the locations by taxi is very inexpensive, you call a Yandex taxi and from 100 rubles. you are anywhere in old Samarkand. We didn't take the tour fee, maybe we forgot.

Very decent hotel, nice interior, furniture, plumbing. Good hosts, very hospitable and will tell you everything. Decent breakfasts. And a gorgeous talking parrot. I recommend the hotel in silence and very convenient parking.

A nice, new family hotel, the room has everything you need, shampoo, gel, dental kit. Bathrobe and slippers. Hospitable farms. Breakfast is like Grandma's. It's a little hard to sleep, but this is the problem of many hotels in Uzbekistan. The location is by taxi 6 minutes to the attractions. We liked everything

A clean, cozy hotel, a good buffet breakfast. It is located in the old part of Samarkand, a typical mahalla. Good staff, everyone will tell you where you can have a delicious barbecue, near the hotel. It's a shorter walk to Registan Square, but it's better to take a Yandex taxi, 2 kilometers in the heat, it's still a pleasure.

I really liked it, nice room, helpful staff, normal breakfasts. In the courtyard there is a tennis table, checkers, chess, backgammon, you can smoke there. Bottled water is always in the room, there is a kettle in the room, Wi-Fi, Russian channels on waffle. An adequate price per night. There is a very decent cafe Naftalin within a five-minute walk. It was in early May 2024.

The best hotel in Samarkand, and in general in Uzbekistan!
I stayed in many countries and hotels for the price of x3, as a result, I did not get such pleasure and proper service.
The rooms here are very clean, it smells clean, the young man at the reception is very friendly, recommended places, told what and where to see first.
The breakfasts are excellent, the hostess covers wonderful pancakes with cottage cheese, porridge and sweets.
It was in this hotel that I felt at home and was upset that I was leaving so quickly)
Each room has a full set of towels + bathrobe, slippers, refrigerator, air conditioning, Internet TV, telephone, drinking water in the room and daily cleaning.
The shower is excellent, and there are also all sets for showering soap + shampoo + gel, dental cheek and paste. The pressure in the shower is a huge plus, hot water is constantly running.
Director Anwar, as well as Raya's grandmother and the entire hotel team are just super. I RECOMMEND it 100%!

A good hotel, with excellent repair, excellent breakfast, the hotel is run by a family, women prepare breakfast in the kitchen, serve. There is a parking place. Inside there is a cozy courtyard, a tennis table. The staff is helpful. The only downside is the cost.

A great new small hotel on a quiet, pretty street, 15 minutes from Bibi Khanum. Clean, cozy, breakfast included. The only drawback is audibility, but this is probably a feature of most Uzbek hotels.

Rested in early October 2023. A great little hotel. Quiet, clean, new furniture, snow-white bed. Good breakfasts, helpful staff. It's a little far from the main attractions, but given the low cost of a taxi, at least you can get there quickly. Administrator Sarvar told where to go, what to see, where to eat, what to buy. In general, a wonderful vacation turned out. I am very pleased that I chose this hotel

The hotel is better than any praise. Clean and new, the renovation was done with a soul. In the room: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and brush, bathrobe and slippers. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality and sensitive attitude. At check-out, at our request, breakfast was served an hour earlier.
The only thing you need to have with regard to the location is that there is nowhere to go out and walk in the evening. But taxis are cheap and everything interesting is very close.

This is a very nice hotel. I do not know why Yandex persistently writes that it is closed (it was very unnerving when the room was already booked), but it works fine for itself. The only drawback is that it is far from the center (but the taxi is very cheap, this is not a problem at all). Everything is new, clean, good bed linen, there are bathrobes and slippers, a refrigerator and a kettle. Excellent water pressure in the shower (washing your hair is not a problem). WiFi is fast.

We stayed at the hotel in September, booked for 3 days. It feels like the hotel has recently opened because everything is new. The reception staff is friendly, ready to help and answer all questions. The accommodation included breakfast, buffet. For breakfast, you could eat porridge, scrambled eggs, cheeses, sausage, sweets, everything is delicious. The cleaning was done once. The impressions were only good.

A new hotel that has not yet received star status. They can safely claim 4 stars. Everything is very clean. The furniture and linen are very high quality. The mattresses are good. At first they gave me a small room, but when they asked me to convert it into a larger room, they did not refuse. In this hotel, I do not refuse anything at all, breakfast is from 9, but we need to stand out at 7.30, they said that they would feed us without problems. Registan Square is a 25-minute walk away. Nearby there are cafes and shops with both fruit products and a view. I recommend.

Positive: there are no foreign odors in the room, the room is new, there are kits (gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes and paste). A slightly uncomfortable mattress (hard, but tolerable for 2 nights). The refrigerator works on a regular basis, which is a plus for us, because we kept the medicine.
In general, thanks to the neighbors, it is quiet and peaceful.
Cons: the room was dirty upon check-in, the dust was that the entire wet cloth was black, no one cleaned or took out the trash for 2 days. The room is small, there is no place to dry things somewhere, towels did not dry out in 2 days either. There is only one cornice and tulle and curtains on it, curtains cannot be closed if you like to sleep in the dark, it will not work. There is a large gap under the front door (more like an interior one) and light and sounds enter the room, but once again, the neighbors were all quiet and it did not cause inconvenience.
The location of the hotel is not the best.
The breakfasts are very meager.
The owners have a cat, if you are allergic, consider this point.

A new, pleasant hotel. I recommend it! Sarvar met us well, a good-natured guy. I really wanted to eat, but I no longer had the strength and desire to go somewhere. Sarvar recommended a cafe within a five-minute walk (with a wonderful barbecue)). The hotel is located in a quiet location, surrounded by a frequent sector. A normal, no-frills breakfast.
