I recently had a chance to stay at the Ayser Hotel, and I want to share my impressions. From the very beginning, I liked the hospitality of the staff – they were very friendly, explained everything in detail, helped with the accommodation and answered all questions. It feels like every guest is really taken care of here. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh and smells good. The bathroom is perfectly clean, and all necessary accessories – from shampoo to towels – have been prepared in advance. Special thanks for the good sound insulation: it was comfortable to relax, nothing bothered. I will also note the convenient location of the hotel. Nearby there are shops, cafes, transport stops – everything is at hand. At the same time, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, no fuss. This is especially convenient for travelers: you can easily get to the right places, and in the evening return to the atmosphere of comfort and silence. The breakfasts at the hotel were also pleasant – delicious, varied and satisfying. There are both classic dishes and light options. Everything is fresh and neatly served. The staff at the restaurant is attentive, always with a smile. I would especially like to mention the atmosphere: you feel at home in "Icer". This is not just a place to spend the night, but a space where you can really relax and unwind. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail – from the interior to the service. In general, the hotel "Ayser" left only positive impressions. An excellent combination of price and quality, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere make it an excellent choice for trips – whether it's a business trip or a vacation. I will definitely stop here again and confidently recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

The hotel is good. The administration is polite, but I didn't like the staff who knocked 10-15 times until I got to the door to open it. And she wanted to scream that she would come in. In response, she was rude about the time already. So she went on to all the rooms, knocking hard, mumbling. Even if it was time to vacate the room, you could politely say so. I won't go to this hotel anymore because of the staff. I begged for the slippers myself, by the way. You don't know which towel is for your feet, which one is for your face. All the towels are in the dryer together, for the face, for the body, for the legs

There 's an old building here , a former hotel . Everything is old and a bit dirty , I would not advise anyone to stay there . I can't say that the staff is professional. Now they mostly rent rooms there for offices , which is also not very convenient .
