The room was not cleaned, the floor was full of dust, the plumbing was faulty, the hot water had to be drained for 30 minutes, and only then it was warm. There is no hair dryer, you need to ask for slippers. The towels are dirty and wet. The toilet paper ran out on the third day, there were three of us, they gave us two rolls for 5 days, no one brought anything, you cope as you want. There was no question of changing towels at all. In general, not very much.
