I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Aibolit veterinary clinic and our attending physician Karina Alexandrovna! My dog Jessie spent 4 days in an infectious diseases hospital with a diagnosis of parvovirus enteritis. Thanks to Karina Alexandrovna's professionalism, attentiveness and care, she managed to recover quickly. 🙏 The doctor was constantly in touch, talked about Jessie's condition, supported and explained each appointment in detail.  Now Jessie is active and cheerful again, as before! Thanks to the entire clinic team for their kindness and love for animals.

I went to the clinic on December 11 before lunch, sending X-rays and a conclusion after the puppy's injury (York, 6 months old). Before that, we were diagnosed with a bruise in another clinic. In the presence of pictures and complaints, they did not give me any urgent recommendations and told me to come only in the evening so that the surgeon would "explain everything." As a result, the puppy moved all day, although at the slightest suspicion of a fracture, it would be logical to immediately recommend a cellular regime. At the reception in the evening (at 20:00), I asked about a second X-ray. The answer was, "No need." They offered to just keep the puppy in a cage for a month and a half and then come for control. This approach seemed dangerous to me, so I decided to have another X-ray at another clinic. He showed that the gap had widened and would not heal on its own. As a result, an operation was performed. The surgeon confirmed that if we had waited a month, the operation would have been more difficult and more difficult for the puppy. They also sold us calcium vitamins at the reception without any questions about the food. Later, the operating surgeon and our veterinarian in Prague confirmed that these supplements were unnecessary and harmful in our diet. I even tried to return the vitamins, but the doctor at the clinic convinced me to keep them. If I had fully trusted the recommendations of this clinic and just waited, we would have wasted even more time and still came to the operation, but in worse conditions. I am very disappointed: the lack of urgent action, a formal approach to the examination and questionable appointments.
