Rude attitude towards customers. I bought dry food from them, as I saw a hungry cat at their establishment, and decided to feed it. So the owner of this clinic rudely told me that I was feeding an animal. So much for humanity and love for animals. And their professional qualities are so-so, they have been contacted several times for various animal diseases and the treatment has never been successful.
