I was especially touched that the doctor called back a day later, asked how things were going and gave additional recommendations. It is clear that for this clinic it is important not only to accept the patient, but to bring the matter to a result. (Although they said 4 on the ultrasound) they said that the cat was small, needed to have a caesarean section, she would not be able to give birth herself (although it is strange, cats themselves give birth and are less than 4 kg) about 500 rubles were paid for cesarean and sterilization at the same time, as a result, the cat did not recognize the kittens, the kittens had to look for overexposure with a nursing cat, one kitten died... maybe they had a caesarean too early..? Questions to which the answer is unknown. But, the cat recovered well from anesthesia, the suture is good, everything is good. But why did I need a caesarean section?. Perhaps the second kitten would still be alive. The second case was with a cat, I made an appointment on the phone for an INITIAL consultation, an initial one, not something else. My mom went with the cat, after the inspection she calls, says I gave 51p... I ask in the sense of 51? If the initial consultation, as we were told, was around 25 It turned out that the doctor decided to count this as the "opinion of the second veterinarian" . Let me remind you that we signed up for an initial consultation, and no one warned us that since you came for the opinion of another veterinarian, we will charge you twice as much. Yes, pennies, let them be, but it's just unpleasant, they help well, but they also try to rip off a lot for everything.

I want to express an unpopular opinion about this vet clinic, as I am disappointed with the level of service. Last weekend, we went to the clinic with the problem of an inverted eyelid in a kitten. The animal was bothered by the eye, it did not close until the end, which was why there was a lot of tearing. The veterinarian did not consider it tedious and necessary to redirect us to an ophthalmologist veterinarian, but went to the clinic's surgeons for advice, and they, in turn, found nothing better than to immediately refer us for Surgery! Since this was the first time we encountered such a problem, we signed up for this procedure, but the kitten's condition was deteriorating. Please note that the animal was NOT prescribed any eye drops, except for painkillers, and the third eyelid was NOT replaced! So, seeing the animal's condition, we went to another clinic and, Lo and behold, they helped us in 10 minutes, returned the eyelid to the pouch, prescribed antibacterial drops and the kitten's condition improved that day in the evening. We are currently undergoing competent treatment. This is a disgusting attitude towards an animal, the carelessness of employees and the extortion of money for expensive manipulations, such as unnecessary operations.

After 15 minutes at home, he himself came out of the carrier with a cheerful gait. They prescribed veterinary antibiotic pills, which the cat eats himself as a treat! The recovery is going great, we will be removing the collar soon. The operation was carried out by Konstantin I. Sobolev. The impression is the most positive!

In that clinic, the doctor did not even check the cat's ears with a special device, but simply looked at them visually and, of course, saw nothing. We were referred to a neurologist, who also did not check our ears and referred us for a CT scan. In general, we spent a lot of money on everything. Having all the results in our hands, we decided not to wait and make an appointment at Idavet. And they really regretted that they had not done it earlier. The cat turned out to have otitis media, which could be seen without a CT scan. The doctor explained everything correctly and in detail, prescribed treatment. I highly recommend this clinic.
