In such a tone that I feel like a bug! And I supposedly have to read it in the Utair transportation rules! So I didn't know that I had a combined flight with Utair! I found out when I came to the registration. I had to pay 2,800 for overweight hand luggage! Where is your respect for customers?! You don't put people in anything. Teach the employee a friendly attitude! Come and verbally tell me all your rules, I don't need it at all. I need participation and a polite attitude. What century do you live in?
