The store is extremely conveniently located. It is rare when you can go to a good supermarket on the exhibition site and return to the event after spending 5-7 minutes. I liked the assortment, especially the department with meat delicacies. I would also like to mention the polite and responsive staff, although this is normal for Almaty.

Moreover, when you order, it is available. They bring it - there is no product. They write - it was not available. Sorry, when I ordered it, it was in stock for some reason. And such nonsense exactly every time. It turns out that they just want to push what they have.And I have force majeure, I needed this product the most. I deleted the application. I do not advise you to give up the word at all.

I used the delivery service of this company. One of the advantages is polite couriers.

On the last order, the cost of the order was recalculated, and for some reason the money was not returned to the bank card within 3 days. I decided to write to support with all the screenshots that were needed, to which I received the advice to "check the bank statement". An incredibly witty and logical answer! In general, for a harmonious life, it is necessary to exclude sources of irritation, and stupid people are one of the main irritants. Therefore, I will never use this service again and I do not advise you.
With more serious problems, I look forward to their answers in the style of "did you open the delivery, maybe the missing item in the package?". "Have you checked the calendar, maybe the expiration date has not expired yet?" No, thanks, I don't need this kind of communication.
The correct response from the support service in my case: "we transferred the money, there was a delay on the part of the bank" or "we did not transfer it because it was a weekend", not this stupid advice.
By the way, the refund occurred only on January 11, 2024. So this service is definitely in an emergency, I do not advise anyone.

Очень классный и удобный магазин. Интересный ассортимент продуктов. И самое главное - можно купить продукты на 7 000+, и тебе доставят продукты позже бесплатно (хранение будет организовано в соответствии с необходимой температурой, поэтому можно не бояться за замороженные товары). Супер удобная функция, мы купили, заказали доставку на вечер и пошли гулять.
Ранее заказывала через приложение, всегда приезжали вовремя, все свежее.
Рекомендую!

Хороший магазин.
Есть товар на любой вкус.
Удачное расположение рядом с выставочным центром и гостиницей.
Единственный минус, не нашел обменника или банкомата.
Должна быть доступная навигация, и позднее время работ.

Frozen food was not delivered when the order was delivered. I immediately called support, but they refused to deliver it on the same day, they postponed it to the next day, from 10 to 12. I called at 11:30, they said the courier was coming. At 12:30 I did not get there, they moved it back to 19-21h. At 21:00, my paid order did not arrive. The support says we'll fix everything, sorry, but they don't do anything. I'm waiting for the money to be refunded for the products that were not delivered.
Terrible service, the service is just the bottom.
UPD After writing 2 reviews and contacting the telegram channel, the money was returned, they contacted me, offered to bring a "freeze". I said it's not worth it, because the money was returned. But they brought it anyway and also presented fruit as an apology.
Maybe all is not lost for this store yet.

Отличный сервис по доставке продуктов, раньше пользовался и продолжаю пользоваться онлайн в приложении, но теперь еще и открылся оффлайн маркет, что очень радует! Приятная атмосфера, свежие фрукты и овощи, а хлеб из пекарни очень вкусный и ароматный!

Отзыв про доставку.
Приложение неплохое, пользоваться удобно, кроме одного - после сборки заказ отменить невозможно. Доставка же оставила очень плохое впечатление: в обычный рабочий день нам не доставили наш заказ. Заказ был сделан в 5 часов вечера, слот доставки был выбран 20:00-22:00. Собирать заказ стали ближе к 20 часам. В 20:02 заказ был передан на доставку. В 21:45, почуяв неладное, я написала в поддержку, и только тогда мне написали, что заказ задерживается по причинам, которые я считаю неуважительными: в обычный рабочий день без непредвиденных ситуаций, без дополнительных нагрузок на магазин, просто не успели, объяснив, что много заказов и пробки на дорогах. Причём мне не отвечали, когда всё-таки курьера ожидать, в течение 45 минут. И только когда я позвонила, чтобы отменить заказ, только тогда мне сказали, что курьер, оказывается, только что выехал, мой заказ 4 в очереди, а он только что доставил первый. Заказ в приложении отменить нельзя, в поддержке мне пообещали оформить возврат, но заказ так и висит с тех пор "В пути".
Из-за такого отношения ко мне как к клиенту я, конечно же, больше этим сервисом пользоваться не буду.

Очень хороший магазин с большим, интересным и свежим ассортиментом! Есть вкусные фрукты-овощи, отдельная похвала-полуфабрикатам собственного производства под маркой Airba Fresh. Магазин прям как в Европе-уютный и просторный
