I can always find fresh vegetables, herbs and potatoes when they "disappeared" from the shelves. Excellent selection of fresh products: cheeses, fermented dairy products, nuts/dried fruits and baked goods. The staff is simply amazing! Courtesy, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness without being intrusive. And this is all in the offline store itself, with a personal presence. I haven't tried it online. I have listed only those products that I have personally tried and buy. And then there's the range I've never explored.

The disadvantage is that prices for offline purchases are unprofitable, more expensive relative to competitors; the staff still does not have enough experience, and they "float" on some issues.
