Repeatedly, because of work, you have to use the services of this airline, the employer buys the tickets! I want to emphasize that after a while some kind of problem (delay or delay of the flight) Once there was such a moment there was not enough space on the plane for 7 passengers: If all seven passengers had a boarding pass in their hands and the luggage was already loaded!!! They sent us to the hotel at the expense of the airline, changed the ticket and we flew to the next day, fortunately there were no further transfers and everything went well. At the moment, the flight was delayed by 45 minutes and we are not even on the plane yet. Definitely, if you have two or three flights in one day, it is better not to use the services of this airline.

Everything is relatively good. We flew from Tallinn to Nice - there was a great plane, a lot of legroom. Not typical for a low-cost airline. Back is already as it should be-there are more rows, legs with a height of 180 are already back to back;) overall positive emotions.

We bought a ticket for this company's flight in advance, back in November 2019, we were supposed to fly from Tallinn on July 22, 2020.But then there was this whole pandemic situation, which is still going on.Because of her, we will not have time to make visas, because visa centers open only from July 15.And we still don't know if Russia will open its borders. But we were not particularly worried, because a letter came from the company that "all tickets purchased before May 31 can be changed once without commission."But then it turned out that it was for tickets purchased since March!And we, who bought tickets in advance, have no right to anything!Do you feel the absurdity of the situation?That is, if the client brought them the money earlier, then he is in the gap!That's the kind of "loyalty" to those who pay them in advance. I will never contact them for anything and I will tell everyone about this situation!
