I wanted to order an air conditioner service. They refused on the grounds that I did not buy from them. Plus, they threatened that there would be consequences for publishing the review. In general, I do not recommend these. They definitely don't want to make money. I will also add a response to the owner's text. If it is in 2 words, the air conditioner has given an error. According to the error decoding, freon refueling is required. Considering the time of the problem, the problem is in poor-quality installation. Redoing connections and refueling is not an equipment repair. This is what is advertised on the organization's website. What they are obligated to do when applying. As a result, they refused on the grounds that they were not their client. I'm still considering whether to file a claim against them officially or not, otherwise they tried to move out on the fact that there is a window in September. For maintenance. I don't like this attitude, I consider it a deception - it is stated that they are performing a service, which means they are obliged to do it, to coordinate the next available dates. The application has been received once. To make it clearer, imagine that you enter the bread department. Buy a loaf. It's on the shelves. And the seller is this company. Refuses to sell because you live in another house. It is illegal to make excuses about the next service opportunity in September - I assume that this is a lie. Avoid this firm at all costs. They have a strange attitude towards customers - I think the question of whether they installed my air conditioner or not is not appropriate at all when ordering refueling and checking connections. This does not apply to them in any way.
