We really liked the hotel, we had our own bungalow, and there was a swimming pool nearby. There was a very beautiful garden, flowers, a neat lawn, greenery and birds singing. It was very calm and quiet, which was important for us. One of the disadvantages is outdated plumbing that needs to be updated.

We are resting for 5 days now with our family: 2 adults, 2 children (1g and 4g). This was the only budget option that we found, there are not many reviews and many with complaints. To summarize right away: the hotel is excellent. The hotel consists of 2 zones: a 7-storey building and a nearby area with many bungalows, a swimming pool. On site: toilet, shower, sun beds by the pool, pool towels are available at the bar (the bar is closed on December 27). A beautiful manicured lawn with palm trees and trimmed bushes, paths, lots of plants. A children's room with toys (but we did not go so that the children would be more in nature). The fitness room, my husband said, is not particularly cool. In the room: air conditioning, towels, shampoo, soap, hats, shower gel, hair dryer, TV, small balcony, dining area (table and 2 chairs), tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, wardrobe, mini fridge. In general, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Let's go over the pros: - the staff is friendly - Cleaning every day. We didn't order cleaning every day. They just asked to change towels, give out water (you can take as much as you want), toilet paper. - There are few people (we live here from December 23 to January 1), by the new year there were a little more people - We have a view from the window of the gas station and the green hills. - There are many shops and cafes nearby in 5 minutes. Under the window at the gas station, a minute's walk away: a 7/11 store with everything you need (they are everywhere within walking distance). A lot of different food is sold in the boxes, which is heated at the checkout. There is also a pizzeria, a laundry room, and a KFC-type cafe with reasonable prices - The sea is a 15-17 minute walk away, on the way to the sea there are a million cafes, makashnits, coffee shops, clothes, fruit juices and a market where you can buy both ready-made food and fruits, meat, fish. In general, it is difficult to stay hungry, even when you do not have power on and 2 small children. - Wi-Fi works stably both in the building and by the pool, no problems were observed. - You can't hear the planes, despite the proximity of 2 km, From the window we see how the planes take off, it's beautiful. - The rooms are clean. Yes, the furniture is not the latest, but I can't find fault with it, I don't pay attention to it - There is a bathroom in the bathroom, it is not often for Asia, it is convenient with children. - Hot water is stable - The hair dryer is quite powerful, I have thick hair that is difficult to dry with separate hair dryers, but this one coped Minuses: I didn't find a single critical minus. - mosquitoes bit us almost the whole vacation. And it's on the 7th floor. In the beginning, for an additional fee, I wanted to move into luxury bungalows, they are incredibly cozy and surrounded by greenery, but I understand that mosquitoes will then devour; - The tiles in the pool are sharp in places, none of the children were injured, but there were places at the joints where it was sharp. Everything is fine in the paddling pool area for children, and in the Jacuzzi area there are a lot of torn tiles, although it does not look noticeable. The bottom of the pool is chipped, perfect. - Loose sockets. Sometimes they sparked, if you didn't fully insert the plug, but all the workers. - The disadvantage is not the hotel, but the Asian roads in general: there are no pedestrian crossings on the way to the sea, and the road is busy. But it's not a problem for us, we have often been to Asia and we know that drivers miss, stop. For those who are the first time it will be difficult, but get used to 2-3 days. We were also lucky that the sun shone through the windows until 11 a.m., the heat on the balcony was comfortable. About the beach: it is called Nai Yang. There is a very long coastline with clean sand and a large national reserve Sirinat on the shore. There are sun beds and showers on the beach, as well as many cafes and so on. But what a thrill it is to hide from the sun not under umbrellas, but under the huge beautiful trees of the reserve. In general, the entrance to the reserve is paid, but it is not fenced in and there are no checkpoints with payment, just everyone walks along the beach, entering the reserve. I am still happy how lucky we were with this hotel, because it was the only option for us, and the reviews were not very good.
