I really liked the hotel, spacious and warm rooms, friendly staff, excellent spa treatments, delicious breakfast, convenient location relative to the center. Not bad. Spacious rooms with self-catering facilities, a decent restaurant. The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The location is also quite good - not quite the center, but within walking distance.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant work clearly, and there are questions for the people responsible for the order. The cleaning is superficial, the walls in the rooms and corridors are dirty in places, sticky traces of glasses on the tables. One ceiling light was out in my room and the bathroom sink was leaking. Employees on the floors do not greet each other, as if confirming that they do not care about cleanliness only. These are, of course, small things, but they spoil the overall impression of the hotel.
In general, if you don't find fault, it's a normal option for your money
