I booked the hotel through booking, and the payment was made on the spot. I ordered a transfer, we met without any problems. The staff is very friendly and tries to solve any problem. Khachapuri and fruit were brought to our room as a gift. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous, if something runs out, they are immediately replenished. The beach is about 7 minutes away, but we took a taxi to other beaches, because the beach in Batumi itself is not very good (taxi is inexpensive). The only thing that can be a disadvantage for someone is the old furniture in the room and almost no cleaning. But it didn't bother us much, we only spent the night in the room. I will recommend the hotel.

The hotel is average. We expected more from the reviews. What I liked: breakfast, espresso and Americano coffee from the coffee machine, view from the cafe on the 13th floor, towel change every day, bathrobe + slippers, friendly waiters, hotel location, water was left in the room every day. I didn't like it: the room cleaning was disgusting at all, the floor was dirty, the carpet was stained, dirty, cobwebs in the corners and behind the door, the toilet hadn't been washed in 10 days, mold stains on the ceiling, the third bed was two mattresses on top of each other, the sofa was very low and uncomfortable. For three people, 2 glasses and 2 cups. The room was on the second floor, 203. There is one pouf and a dryer on the balcony. Condey was working. The hotel's Internet is bad, it doesn't even pull the stories.
