Disgusting service. Not only was they rude when trying to sign up, it's okay, let's say I might not understand all the subtleties of recording and asked twice. But! they ruined the haircut after several pointers on what to pay attention to when doing one particular step ("I'm a barber, I know how to do my job"). A reputable salon chain in the city, but the first experience turned out to be so dysfunctional, so I won't set foot here again.
