It's a great option for its price. I stayed there in July 2024, and there are many shops nearby, including 24-hour ones. The admin speaks English, tried to help with everything, we accidentally locked the front door, forgetting the keys in the room, we could not get back from the street, he quickly found a way to help us within 5 minutes. It's very dirty, the street is unkempt, and it's noisy, but it doesn't matter because you're tired after walking. The rooms are old, but they have everything you need. The sights are relatively nearby. a couple of days is a great option for a budget tourist

The apartment is clean and tidy. The owner understands English. There is a bathroom in the room. A mini kitchen with a set of dishes, a small refrigerator. Conditioner. There is Wi-Fi. Our room was facing the street - a little noisy, but it was interesting to watch. There are many small cafes on the street - the food is good and the prices are normal. If you walk further down the street, there is a grocery store like a Magnet/Pyaterochka. If you want the delights of restaurant cuisine, then at the intersection, if you go down from above, go straight, and not turn left to the apartments, you will get to the whole area of restaurants))). There is a nuance with local attractions. They are all really nearby - the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosque and Topkapi - we walked. But in order to reach it, it was necessary to first climb a very steep hill!!! And you immediately get to the street.Yenicheriler (metro stop right there, you can ride right to the Galata Bridge and admire both the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus, you can book a boat tour or get to the Princes Islands) and if you go left along it, then you pass all these mosques, the entrance to the Grand Bazaar and exit to Hagia Sophia and the Sultan's Palace. There are many shops and currency exchange points along the way. There is a big disadvantage of the apartments - the terrible condition of the sockets, i.e. they hang from the wall on wires. But you won't see it right away, because they're not in plain sight. I saw this when I tried to turn on the refrigerator and found such an outlet behind it. And I have already fundamentally reviewed all the outlets and all were in terrible condition.
