We had a rest in the middle of January 2026. We had everything included. The sea is cool, but you can swim, the air temperature is 25 degrees.The hotel is cool, but more for a relaxing holiday, the kids will be very bored there. We were checked in immediately, lunch was not allowed on the day of arrival, but we rescheduled from the last day, and when we went on a field trip, lunch was rescheduled for the last day, instead of missing dinner, we can ask for a lunch box on the day of departure. To weigh your suitcase, you need to contact the reception desk and they will bring you scales to your room. There is no animation, no slides, quiet music plays all day long. The sea is a separate song, there is a gentle entrance to the sea, the sand is dense, the sea is transparent, there are no waves, there are enough sun beds. The staff is sooo friendly and courteous, but there are no Russian speakers. The room is huge with a walk-in closet, free safe, bathtub, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine. Cleaning and change of towels, bed linen twice a day.In the evening, the room is prepared for bed. The cosmetics in the room are branded. The restaurant is not very big, the food is very tasty lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp, crabs, langoustines, yoghurts, cakes are all incredibly delicious. Proseko champagne for breakfast and throughout the day, alcohol is only imported beer in bottles and cans Bex, Stella, Carlsberg, lemonade, soda cans. Cocktails are made very tasty, Apperole, pinocolade fire. You take a towel to the beach, but you don't carry it yourself, they'll bring you a bed, they won't even let you move the sun beds, they do everything themselves. On the beach, the waiters take the order and immediately bring everything. They give out checks and ask you to sign for every alcohol you drink, but at the end of the rest, everything is reset. There is an Oscar alcohol store next to the hotel, prices are lower than in Russia, Dubai chocolate and dates are sold in the neighboring hotel, prices are cheaper than in the Dubai market. I recommend this hotel. I would go back there again, yes!

We stayed at the Ajman Saray Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort — the impressions are extremely positive, I can safely put 5+. The food is not characterized by an excessive number of dishes, but this is rather a plus: the food is really high-quality, tasty and varied. Seafood was on the table every day — several types of fish, shrimps, squid, crabs, mussels. There is also always a good selection of meat and poultry, everything is perfectly cooked and beautifully served. It is clear that the hotel does not rely on "mass character", but on the level and taste. The beach is simply wonderful: soft, clean sand, comfortable and gentle entrance to the sea. In the water you can see fish, small crabs and crustaceans — the sea is lively and very pleasant for swimming. The beach is well maintained, calm, without too much noise. Separately, I would like to note the work of the staff — conscientious, attentive and unobtrusive. All the staff are polite, always ready to help and do their job at a high level. The hotel has two Russian-speaking staff who are very helpful and make your stay even more comfortable. The rooms were pleased with the excellent sound insulation — the hotel is really quiet, you can fully relax and get enough sleep. The cleaning is regular and of high quality. Alcohol and drinks are at a decent level: 3 types of beer, a large selection of alcoholic and non—alcoholic cocktails, juices, water. Everything is of good quality, the choice is really pleasing. In general, the hotel left a feeling of comfort, coziness and thoughtful service. A great place for a relaxing and high-quality vacation. We would love to come back here again and definitely recommend it.

We had a rest on November 17-24, 2025 This is our second vacation in Ajman Saray and I really hope it won't be the last. I join all the positive reviews: the hotel is decent, very beautiful, respectable, hospitable. From what I was worried about before the trip, but there was little information in the reviews: - sun beds in the morning. There really aren't many of them, and someone has been busy since the morning. On the first day, we also had to adjust to this practice in order not to be left without a sunbed. BUT during our check-in, they introduced a rule that if the guests took a sunbed and left, then after 30 minutes their belongings are put away in the cells at the beach towel counter. This happened with our belongings, and then we realized that there was no need to borrow money in advance. It works great! If you don't see any free sun beds, contact an employee on the beach: they will easily and with a smile, as if even sincere, help you find a place, put an umbrella, move the sunbed at least from the other end of the beach. - Ban on visiting the beach of the neighboring hotel. I read it in one of the reviews. In 2023, we were at the same hotel and the passage was opened. It is still open now. The nearby beach is very wide and spacious, you can walk at sunset and swim peacefully during the day. The only thing is that due to the lack of breakwaters, the waves will be larger than on the beach of our hotel, and accordingly the infrastructure of the neighboring hotel cannot be used. Otherwise, everything has been said many times: a wonderful, beautiful, quiet hotel with pleasant, well-trained staff, perfect sound insulation in the rooms, delicious food and incredible sunsets is a great place to relax from the crazy rhythm and noise of Moscow.

This was our first time at this hotel and our first time in the Emirates. We liked everything, the food, the service, the courteous attitude of the staff. We had breakfasts and dinners , we had enough of everything . The room was cleaned daily , no complaints . If you have any questions, please contact Andrey, who works here. He will tell and explain everything. There are free transfers from the hotel to the malls. The only thing that was missing for me was some kind of entertainment in the evenings at the hotel . We had a rest from January 10 to January 17 , 2026 , the last two days were very windy and cool . As it is, everything is fine!!! We liked everything, I hope if we fly to the Emirates, then only to this hotel in Ajman.

It's a great hotel. Large rooms, all with balconies. Tea and coffee in the room. The best hotel in Ajman. We had a breakfast-dinner meal system at the end of October. This food was quite enough. Lunch can be exchanged with dinner. Russian Russian cuisine was sometimes ordered from the Skazka restaurant (the order was made via wat Sap, they wrote in Russian in wat Sap, free delivery to the hotel) - delicious and fast. It was calm for 7 days, the sea seemed dirty (not for the first time in Ajman), the color of the blooming water (green - yellow), and we also met with fuel oil on our feet - we were scrubbed with oil - rags and oil on the beach. The beach is clean, but small, with few sun beds. It is difficult to find free sun beds, but you can ask the staff, they help. Sun beds are very "tired" sometimes. On weekends, it seemed especially crowded on the beach. There are transfers to Dubai Mall and to local malls, but we did not use them. We took a taxi at a convenient time . It is better to order a taxi via Yandex go, payment is made only in dirhams. According to Ajman, from 13 to 30 dirhams went out in one direction. The hotel is very beautiful both externally and internally, and this is the first hotel I would return to. Nearby is the Oscar alcohol market, and at the nearby Ajman Beach hotel they bought delicious mango very cheaply and sweets with dates. Last year we stayed at the nearby Fairmont Hotel. Saray liked it much more. Across from Fairmont, the Sail tour agency took guided tours. I liked everything.

We had everything inclusive, so from 11.00 it was possible to order different drinks, wine, champagne, water, juices on the beach (and at the bar). I also wanted to tell you that Andrey works at the reception! Thank you very much, he helped us in solving many issues. In general, our vacation turned out to be great. I recommend it to everyone. We hope to return to this hotel again. Oh, by the way, a taxi from Dubai Airport to the hotel costs 127 dirhams, and a return trip from the department to the airport costs 100 dirhams. We did not take a transfer.

A wonderful vacation with my husband in early December 2025! The weather was pleasant -+28 air, +27 sea, slightly invigorating, there were no waves at all, there were low tides, the weather is ideal for sunbathing:the cream was hardly used, it is impossible to burn. There are often queues because there is not much space. The toilet in the lobby is strange, there are only two stalls for women and there are no separate sinks to wash their hands. The territory is small, the pools are normal, one for adults, the other family. The pool area is covered in sand, because it is cleaned infrequently, the water on the beach is not bottled, you go to the vending machine and pour it into a glass. The design of the hotel is luxurious, made in oriental style. In general, the entire hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. My aunt lost her glasses, where and when, we didn't even notice, we went to the reception and by the evening the glasses were found and they were delivered directly to the room. My phone charging adapter is broken, I went to the reception to find out where I can rent or buy a new one, I was immediately offered to use their adapter until the end of the vacation and completely free of charge. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the most famous shopping centers, which is very convenient. Vista restaurant is beyond praise, everything is always fresh, delicious, under the control of the managers. And the buns.....What amazing buns.... the menu is available for every taste, fish, meat, sausages, cheeses, whatever you want....Now I'll tell you about the beach area. When we arrived, we ordered a large swimming pool and had a small one next. They probably only wash so thoroughly in this country. Everything was provided for and 100% cleaned. The area in front of the sea was cleaned every day. Of course, there were oil splashes on some days, but this is not the fault of the hotel, the staff took all measures to eliminate these moments during the time. The hotel rooms were cleaned every day, even the balconies were washed. The rooms are spacious. A comfortable tea area. We were satisfied with our stay. We had a rest in December 2024. A great place to relax, especially I would like to mention the hotel staff, starting from check-in and ending with room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were quickly processed, and we did not need to fill out anything, the hotel staff did everything, while they gave us a beautiful corner room with 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and it was possible to add an extra bed, since there were three adults and we were offered this and all without any additional charges and hints from our side. We checked in immediately upon arrival, there was no need to wait for 14.00. The room is huge, clean and modern. A gorgeous clean beach with white sand, open sea, not some kind of bay. We had breakfast and dinner, everything was very decent. It took us a while to find out that non-alcoholic drinks were included in the dinner, which comes at an additional cost in other hotels. Alcohol is very expensive in the hotel, but there is an Oscar alcohol market nearby, about 100 m from the hotel. If you leave the hotel, turn right, pass the Ajman Beach Hotel and turn right into the courtyard and you will be lucky) I have not seen animation, it is a bit boring, as it is far from all the attractions and walking areas. This is a nuance that needs to be considered when planning a vacation at this hotel. We took an individual tour of Dubai and a boat tour of the Dubai Marina. I recommend it, it's very interesting. There is no shocking variety like in Turkey, but out of 6 types of meat, 2-3 fish and seafood, even my conservative 10-year-old child always found something. Who cares about the children's table, know that it is not available separately! Sometimes there are French fries, there is always boiled rice, there are boiled vegetables (broccoli, carrots). Every day there are 2 types of oatmeal (with milk and water), to which you can add fresh berries, banana or raisins. Soups are given in 2 types (vegetable- more often mashed and some kind of liquid with meat). - There is a second restaurant - it is on the beach (inside a separate building). For all inclusive, you can have lunch up to 15 for free, which replaces lunch at the hotel restaurant (one of two). You can also order drinks in the afternoon and they will either bring you to a chaise longue (there are rooms on the tables for guidance) or you can sit there in the shade - The territory is not large, but many beautiful recreation areas have been thought out - The beach is very pleasant! The sand is fine, soft and clean. We always found places - The pools are not very deep. By the way! Recently, a law was introduced that it is forbidden to swim in adult pools for children under 5 years old, but I did not see them chasing - There is a children's mini playground in the shade with a very shallow pool - If you check in earlier than 15 hours (we had it at 9), then in addition to the fact that you will need to wait for the room - be prepared that neither breakfast nor lunch has been paid for!
