We have been vacationing with my aunt since June 17th at this hotel. From the very first minute, the hotel and staff impressed us with their hospitality and kindness. The design of the hotel is luxurious, made in oriental style. At the entrance to the hotel there is a large composition of fresh flowers, the fragrance of which, beyond words, falls into a fairy tale. I would like to express my gratitude to the two girls from the reception, Farida and Zara, they understand and speak Russian very well, they always helped with any questions. In general, the entire hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. My aunt lost her glasses, where and when, we didn't even notice, we went to the reception and by the evening the glasses were found and they were delivered directly to the room. My phone charging adapter is broken, I went to the reception to find out where I can rent or buy a new one, I was immediately offered to use their adapter until the end of the vacation and completely free of charge. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the most famous shopping centers, which is very convenient. Vista restaurant is beyond praise, everything is always fresh, delicious, under the control of the managers. And the buns.....What amazing buns.... the menu is available for every taste, fish, meat, sausages, cheeses, whatever you want....Now I'll tell you about the beach area. When we arrived, we ordered a large swimming pool and had a small one next. They probably only wash so thoroughly in this country. Everything was provided for and 100% cleaned. The area in front of the sea was cleaned every day. Of course, there were oil splashes on some days, but this is not the fault of the hotel, the staff took all measures to eliminate these moments during the time. The hotel rooms were cleaned every day, even the balconies were washed. The rooms are spacious. A comfortable tea area. We were satisfied with our stay. I appreciated the advantage of having the sea nearby. If you want to swim in warm, salty water, go cool off in the pool. Everything is within walking distance. There are 2-3 people who speak Russian. But, the translator on the phone helped us out. The staff at the hotel is friendly, and everyone, regardless of nationality, is treated equally. The food is average, without frills, but there is always something delicious. I liked the poached eggs with red fish, they can be ordered from the waiter for breakfast. Mango ice cream is just a dump)) If you take an all-inclusive menu, in addition to the buffet for breakfast / lunch/ dinner, any drinks, even champagne for breakfast)) From 11:00 on the beach, any drinks, ice cream. Pizza, burgers, and sandwiches can be ordered on the beach from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. There's always ice cream for dinner. The hotel provides a shuttle service to 3 shopping malls. There are two local restaurants in Ajman and Dubai Mall. It's an hour's drive to Dubai. Rubles don't change!! Or a very unfavorable course. They accept dollars and euros. Dirhams can be ordered in Russia. Look, nowhere is the course more profitable. They gave me 1,668 dirhams for 400 euros. I didn't like the Dubai chocolate. But, it's worth a try. Or in local shops. When we were taken on an excursion to the date bazaar, everything was more expensive there. One disadvantage. The next day we had a meeting with a representative of Anez-tour, he offered guided tours. I have never seen such a "service". Rudeness, lack of interest. Then it turned out that it wasn't just me who "got it." I refused to work with him. His name is Iskan, or Ishan, it is written illegibly on the brochure. As a result, my tour operator suggested searching for an excursion on the website tezeks.com . We found what we wanted, and it was also 15 bucks cheaper than the guy had offered. You can cancel your reservation for free in 48 hours. I recommend the hotel. But I think breakfast/dinner is enough. It's better to stay for more days, saving a little on food. I wanted so much, but it didn't fit))

There is a large TV in the room (3 Russian channels - 1st, RT and cartoons). Coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board, green and black tea, coffee capsules, sugar, cream, bottled water are replenished every day. Cleaning every day. There are "Please clean up" and "Please do not disturb" buttons on the wall in the hallway. The beach is not huge, but it is clean, and there are a lot of empty sun beds. Beach towels are always available. You can enter the sea at 6.30. The sand and the warm water are paradise! 3 pools of different sizes, but I haven't visited them - the sea is nearby! There is a vending machine on the beach with regular water and additives - strawberries, nuts. Large glasses nearby. The food is good - various cheeses, salads, vegetables, shrimps, mussels, poached eggs, omelets, cakes, croissants, nuts, dried fruits.... - it can take a long time to list. The waiters (all friendly) bring water, juices - carrot, watermelon, mango, orange, tea in teapots, etc . There is a Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, shower with soaps, a huge towel, hairdryer, mors, tea - it's all free, on the S floor. Transfers to Dubai Mall, Sharjah Sahara City, Ajman City Center. Due to the climate change, the pressure rose sharply - an ambulance was called, everything was done promptly, culturally, sugar, pressure, saturation were measured, and help was provided. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing stay, no noisy companies, no parties, that's what was needed. We went to Dubai for entertainment. We checked in almost immediately upon arrival, we didn't even have time to go around everything while waiting for the room. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but an interpreter is helpful. There's a guy in the restaurant, Johnny, the waiter, who speaks Russian.The beach is small. Two pools, small ones. But you can also go to the neighboring hotel, there is a swing, inflatable circles, jet skis. The view from the room was to the sea right in the middle, it was great, the food system was all inclusive. The sound insulation is excellent. The cosmetics in the room are decent, the coffee machine in the room, coffee, milk, tea bags, kettle, are replenished every day. There is enough food for everyone in the restaurant, very diverse, 4 types of ice cream, different fruits, watermelons, melons, tangerines, pineapples, apples, pears, bananas, dragon fruit -every day, mango was three days......seafood is different every day, shrimp in batter, octopus was, meat (everything except pork), side dishes, stewed vegetables, two types of soups...I was pleased with the variety of cheeses. Champagne for breakfast, 4 types of juices. On the beach with "All inclusive" from 11.00 drinks and snacks. If for the money, then one cocktail from 45 dirhams .... Bath and sauna are free (with All inclusive). There is a SPA. I had a gym, but I didn't visit it. A shop with souvenirs, gold, and furs, but it's clear that you can go in and out and shop in other places. It is also not profitable to exchange dollars for dirhams at the hotel. But we were allowed to collect a box for him so that the child could always eat, we cooked separately for the child if necessary, since there was nothing for him in the evening (feeding the child at home is also a problem, because he wants to have dinner only with buckwheat and it is a great joy when he agrees to something else), we brought berries. The managers of Riste and Sami always asked if everything was okay and, if necessary, resolved all issues. When the hotel and restaurant are heavily loaded, the waiters are always smiling, they don't confuse anything with orders, we often had Joy and Tiya. The room cleaning is perfect. The Ashitos guy cleaned our place, the floors were always clean, it was very important for us, since the child ran barefoot and then could jump into bed. Good cosmetics in the bathroom. They brought us a baby cot, but it turned out to be small, they provided us with an extra bed instead, but we refused, the child slept with us because the bed was huge. The room has a view of the room, very nice. The room was extended at the check-out, and it was free of charge. It was a salvation for us, as the flight was in the evening, and no one canceled the baby's daytime nap. Due to the variety in the restaurant, I would like more delicious fruits and vegetables, maybe more choice. But that's if you find fault) There are some minor flaws, just like everywhere else, but the impressions of the warm welcome and the care that the hotel staff surround cover everything.

By the way, the all-inclusive mode is activated after 15:00 on the day of arrival and we decided to buy lunch because we were very hungry. We got $80 for two people. We didn't really understand the system with drinks - it seems like we also have to pay extra for them separately, because only 1 pc per person is included when buying lunch, but no one charged us anything. Now for the case: ⚪️Rooms: The hotel has a lot of Russian tourists and pensioners, almost all are settled on the 1-2 floor, we said we were ready to wait and we were settled on the 7th. There are no complaints about the room and cleaning! Cleaned 2 times a day, everything is clean and fresh. ⚪️Nutrition: A varied diet. Fish/chicken/meat are always presented. Breakfast includes red fish, fruits, delicious pastries with nutella, and yoghurts. Drinks and omelets / scrambled eggs are ordered through the waiter so that people do not crowd in line (photo attached) Some evenings there were squid, mussels, crab, shrimps! If the food runs out, the tray is changed very quickly and it is full again.👍 But you can't avoid some kind of brazen Russian grandmother who will almost put food in a bag, especially at dinner when everyone goes to eat at the same time. So I recommend that you take your time and go a little later! A couple of times we got into a situation where drinks were carried for a sooo long time. We were already moving on to dessert, but they couldn't bring all the juices. By the way, the universe heard us, and they decided to put out juices at breakfast so that people could take them themselves. Yes, the juices are freshly squeezed, but only in the restaurant - the usual ones on the beach 😑 There is a children's table with French fries, pizza, and vegetables. Sea: The territory of the hotel is very small and is perfect for a recumbent rest. But remember that there are a lot of Russians there and the situation with taking a sunbed at 6:30 a.m. is the base.🥲 On weekends, when the local and Russian arrivals are crowded, the hotel is crowded and people are already sitting on the sand. The staff does their best to help, sometimes they even took away other people's towels and laid new ones on request. So if you want to "book" a sunbed, leave something else on top, otherwise step aside and you will be evicted) On Saturday, we saw such pictures and a couple of quarrels between tourists, but it turned out that the staff provoked them. The sea is clean and very warm in the morning, the beach is sandy without debris. After lunch, the tide starts to rise and the water gets a little muddy from the sand, a couple of times it brought garbage - plastic, bags, algae. My husband saw jellyfish. Drinks are also served on request from 11:00. The first few days, the wait was up to 50 minutes, As everyone orders at the same time and the waiters are torn, on other days it was brought to us faster. It's a pity that there's no bar where you can't come and pick it up yourself - it would be more convenient. And don't worry that every evening you will be given a receipt with your drink orders to sign, they probably punch it for statistics - they won't charge you anything if you have "all inclusive" It was also a shock to me that everyone was kicked out of the water at 18:00.🤨 Like the sea is closed and everything is like that every day. There is an alcohol store next to the hotel, we went there once for an excursion - there is a lot of choice!

The all inclusive system does not include everything, oddly enough) and this mode works at certain times and in certain bars, you need to take this into account. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, but small enough to walk only outside, but there is not a particularly comfortable promenade along the road. The exchanger is in 10 minutes, with a commission for the operation. The beach is nice, but the most important negative impression is of fellow citizens vacationing! Well, it's swinish to occupy sun beds starting from 6.50-7.30 and come to them only at 11.12 o'clock!!! Never having come to the beach at 9-10, I could not find a sunbed, everything was stupidly "occupied" with a towel, but there were no people. Just tin, don't do that!

Rude rescuers. 09/23/2025 they kicked me out of the pool because I was wearing a tunic for fear of getting burned. Meanwhile, there is no such prohibition in the rules for visiting the pool. There was a negative aftertaste. The cleaners weren't bad, but ours took away the robes twice, forgetting to put new ones in. I was preparing the room for bed, and I only put the candy in for 5 days, then I decided that was enough. Tips were left regularly, 5-10 aed. For some reason, I didn't clean the terrace at all. The food is quite sufficient, but do not believe the videos from previous years. The owners began to save a lot. There are no more themed dinners. Seafood included mussels, squid, and fried trout a couple of times. Often white fish. But now there are no shrimps, langoustines, caviar. For me, a five is a red fish for breakfast. She was gone for 8 days, and at 9, 10 a.m., salmon scraps were served. Well, that's not what they say. You could also eat red fish when ordering poached eggs, but they put it down as if it had been stolen. There are no special demands on nutrition. But the cook, of course, does not cook deliciously. I can praise the rolls and croissants, it's delicious. Lamb and fish are also beautifully baked in salt. With everything included, good prosecco in the morning. Drinks on the beach from 11 to 23: Chilean wines, prosecco, tequila, whiskey, quite tolerable. I liked the pineapple juice with ginger. The juices are all packaged, there is no fresh. The rooms are very nice, large, with a huge terrace and a bathroom window, all decorated in oriental style. The toilet is separate. Bed with orthopedic mattress, comfortable, good dressing room. Bayredo cosmetics. But it's strange that they don't put toothbrushes. With the exception of the rescuers, we were satisfied with the staff. We had a rest in December 2024. A great place to relax, especially I would like to mention the hotel staff, starting from check-in and ending with room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were quickly processed, and we did not need to fill out anything, the hotel staff did everything, while they gave us a beautiful corner room with 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and it was possible to add an extra bed, since there were three adults and we were offered this and all without any additional charges and hints from our side. We checked in immediately upon arrival, there was no need to wait for 14.00. The room is huge, clean and modern. A gorgeous clean beach with white sand, open sea, not some kind of bay. We had breakfast and dinner, everything was very decent. It took us a while to find out that non-alcoholic drinks were included in the dinner, which comes at an additional cost in other hotels. Alcohol is very expensive in the hotel, but there is an Oscar alcohol market nearby, about 100 m from the hotel. If you leave the hotel, turn right, pass the Ajman Beach Hotel and turn right into the courtyard and you will be lucky) I have not seen animation, it is a bit boring, as it is far from all the attractions and walking areas. This is a nuance that needs to be considered when planning a vacation at this hotel. We took an individual tour of Dubai and a boat tour of the Dubai Marina. I recommend it, it's very interesting. We took FB meals, without alcohol, with a child, it's quite normal, the hotel is quiet and family-friendly, without animations, noise. The buffet, the food is delicious, varied, there is always a lot of choice, salads, vegetables, meat, fish, shrimp, desserts, yoghurts, juices, fruits, ice cream for dinner, generally full, full. I won't say that alcohol is expensive, they took cocktails for cash (dirhams) a couple of times, my husband took beer, French fries for the child, in general, they give a good discount for cash, it turns out very profitable and cheap. Beach towels are provided at least as much as possible. There are enough sun beds. 2 swimming pools on site, clean, warm. The beach is well-groomed, the Persian Gulf is cool, we were from 3.03.-10.03.2025 and it was 30-35 hot, there are winds in the evening, it's cool. Lifeguards are working, waiters are on the beach. The assortment is absolutely in all preferences. About the rooms: wow... The service is excellent. Cleaning twice. They tidy up in the morning, replenish the coffee table, and prepare the room for bed in the evening. Again, light cleaning, they straighten the huge bed, close the curtains, light, and you will sleep well in unreal comfort. The beach is great, the pools (2) are wonderful. The shuttle (bus to the malls and back) is free of charge, regularly. In general, the result. NOW IT'S OUR FAVORITE HOTEL. Just this way. There is a wonderful walking area around the hotel.
