A very good hotel, there were only positive emotions from the rest. Friendly staff, they solve everything quickly, try to help, clean rooms. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing stay, no noisy companies, no parties, that's what was needed. We went to Dubai for entertainment. We checked in almost immediately upon arrival, we didn't even have time to go around everything while waiting for the room. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but an interpreter is helpful. There's a guy in the restaurant, Johnny, the waiter, who speaks Russian.The beach is small. Two pools, small ones. But you can also go to the neighboring hotel, there is a swing, inflatable circles, jet skis. The view from the room was to the sea right in the middle, it was great, the food system was all inclusive. The sound insulation is excellent. The cosmetics in the room are decent, the coffee machine in the room, coffee, milk, tea bags, kettle, are replenished every day. There is enough food for everyone in the restaurant, very diverse, 4 types of ice cream, different fruits, watermelons, melons, tangerines, pineapples, apples, pears, bananas, dragon fruit -every day, mango was three days......seafood is different every day, shrimp in batter, octopus was, meat (everything except pork), side dishes, stewed vegetables, two types of soups...I was pleased with the variety of cheeses. Surprisingly, the tomatoes were not very good. There are many desserts for different tastes. The drinks are brought by the waiters, I ordered, I need to wait for people to work a little quickly. Champagne for breakfast, 4 types of juices. On the beach with "All inclusive" from 11.00 drinks and snacks. If for the money, then one cocktail from 45 dirhams .... Bath and sauna are free (with All inclusive). There is a SPA. I had a gym, but I didn't visit it. A shop with souvenirs, gold, and furs, but it's clear that you can go in and out and shop in other places. It is also not profitable to exchange dollars for dirhams at the hotel. There is an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer in the room. I recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Ajman Saray Hotel, a luxury collection resort in Ajman, was fantastic! Our room 618 with sea view was immaculate: beautiful view from the hotel balcony, beautiful furniture, comfortable pillows and mattress, new bed linen, expensive BYREDO cosmetics in the bathroom, impeccable room cleaning - everything is great! We arrived at the hotel on our spouse's birthday and were moved (for a small fee) to a room with a sea view, and in the morning we saw birthday greetings on the sand! It was very touching! Thanks! And also, later they brought us a cake and a bottle of wine to the room - very nice, thank you very much! I would also like to mention the very tasty and varied breakfasts, the well-equipped sandy beach, the beautiful warm pool with very beautiful round sun beds, everything is very clean and beautiful! One day we visited the spa at the hotel - we really, really liked it: the professional masseuse, Tia, was great! Real relaxation! 2 hours flew by completely unnoticed! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to visit this institution to restore strength and health! Thanks!! Also, one day we took a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - it was great - a comfortable bus picked us up from the hotel at 12:00, 45 minutes later we were there: visited the aquarium, had lunch, went to the cinema and shopping, and at 20:00 returned to the hotel for on the same bus! Since there were no traffic jams in the evening, we returned back in 35 minutes! Very convenient! It was an unforgettable day! I would like to point out that there are many shops, restaurants and cafes near the hotel! There is even an alcohol store. All the hotel staff (especially the Russian-speaking young man at the reception) they constantly wanted to make our vacation better and took care of us) It was very pleasant! Everything is great! We really wanted a pure beach holiday, this is an ideal place for this, there are two hotels nearby and you can use the beach of the neighboring Ajman beach, which is larger but smaller. But we were allowed to collect a box for him so that the child could always eat, we cooked separately for the child if necessary, since there was nothing for him in the evening (feeding the child at home is also a problem, because he wants to have dinner only with buckwheat and it is a great joy when he agrees to something else), we brought berries. The managers of Riste and Sami always asked if everything was okay and, if necessary, resolved all issues. When the hotel and restaurant are heavily loaded, the waiters are always smiling, they don't confuse anything with orders, we often had Joy and Tiya. The room cleaning is perfect. The Ashitos guy cleaned our place, the floors were always clean, it was very important for us, since the child ran barefoot and then could jump into bed. Good cosmetics in the bathroom. They brought us a baby cot, but it turned out to be small, they provided us with an extra bed instead, but we refused, the child slept with us because the bed was huge. The room has a view of the room, very nice. The room was extended at the check-out, and it was free of charge. It was a salvation for us, as the flight was in the evening, and no one canceled the baby's daytime nap. Due to the variety in the restaurant, I would like more delicious fruits and vegetables, maybe more choice. The food is at a high level , there is always red fish for breakfast , several types of sausages (delicious ) and a huge selection of cheeses; drinks are brought by the waiter , no morning queues at the coffee machine . Lunches and dinners are great, there are always seafood, several types of meat , vegetables , side dishes . The waiters work quickly, there is no need to wait. Decent alcoholic beverages, several types of wines, champagne, cocktails, bottled beer. The rooms are huge, and the cleaning is done efficiently. The noise insulation in the rooms is good , no one was heard during the entire stay , as if we were alone on the floor . The beach is not big, but there is no feeling of crowding and crowding , there is not much difficulty with the sun beds , but they are created by the tourists themselves , who occupy the sun beds at 6 a.m. The hotel staff tries to accommodate everyone, they look for sun beds if someone doesn't have enough, they put umbrellas. The hotel's territory is small, but well maintained, the staff constantly monitors cleanliness, washing and cleaning something. A beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers was placed in the lobby. Lots of fountains. The hotel has a souvenir shop, fur coats, clothes, just a couple of pieces. Bar, lobby on the beach. We took FB meals, without alcohol, with a child, it's quite normal, the hotel is quiet and family-friendly, without animations, noise. The buffet, the food is delicious, varied, there is always a lot of choice, salads, vegetables, meat, fish, shrimp, desserts, yoghurts, juices, fruits, ice cream for dinner, generally full, full. I won't say that alcohol is expensive, they took cocktails for cash (dirhams) a couple of times, my husband took beer, French fries for the child, in general, they give a good discount for cash, it turns out very profitable and cheap. Beach towels are provided at least as much as possible. There are enough sun beds. 2 swimming pools on site, clean, warm. The beach is well-groomed, the Persian Gulf is cool, we were from 3.03.-10.03.2025 and it was 30-35 hot, there are winds in the evening, it's cool. Lifeguards are working, waiters are on the beach. Also, who is with children, there is a kids club on the territory, it is an outdoor playground with a slide, swings, a sandbox, and a closed room, there is an air hockey, joysticks, 2 tables, you can draw, do crafts, watch cartoons, a lot of toys, constructors, for kids like ours, 1.3 year old, there was something to do in the heat. There is an Oscar alcohol store nearby, to the side of the Ajman Beach hotel, by the way, it is profitable to buy Dubai chocolate and dates in the hotel, we went to the store, bought all this, but on the way back we went to this hotel and the prices are the same. You can take a bus from the hotel to the Dubai Mall at 12:00 and pick it up at 20:00, conveniently. The emirate itself is normal, although we rested during the month of Ramadan, there were no restrictions, in Sharjah, for example, all cafes are closed during the day, alcohol is prohibited. We went to the local market, looked at the gold, but did not buy it, it is very yellow, not our taste. It's an hour's drive from Al Maktoum Airport to Ajman, with no traffic jams. To stay on the beach or near the pool, you have to get up at 6:00 and take sun beds (spread towels and leave small things) . If you do not take care of the "place in the sun" in advance, it may turn out that all the sun beds are occupied (we experienced this in the first days of arrival), This situation is very unpleasant and very annoying. . The beach and access to the water are very good. The food in the hotel is 4 (on a 5-point system) - you won't be hungry, but there were no special culinary masterpieces either. Once (during the week) there was a dinner with shrimp and squid, once there was a dish with mussels, 2 times fresh berries were offered for breakfast, and once for breakfast I observed the presence of red fish. Hot meat dishes (beef, lamb, chicken) are always presented - 6 or 7 options. Hot fish dishes come in 1-2 versions. Fruits - watermelon, melon, Dragon fruit , apples, citrus fruits are always available. A large menu of egg dishes for breakfast. A classic set of 5-star hotel products and dishes (but without any special frills). The all inclusive system is very different from the Turkish version - the list of cocktails and alcoholic beverages is not large at all and the quality of alcohol is not high. My husband didn't like red label whiskey. And champagne is not bad. Chilean wines are also quite acceptable. What is still not pleasant is the service (serving drinks) at the beach and pool only from 11.00 . Since the hotel has guests who pay for services with cash, they are clearly a priority (such discrimination is very annoying). There are A la carte restaurants and according to the all inclusive concept, you can visit one restaurant (you need to make an appointment in advance). There is a free shuttle (bus) to Dubai Mall, Sharjah, Ajman Mall and Abu Dhabi (for a fee) - you must make an appointment in advance. Conclusion: the hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly, but unfortunately it is not a "luxury collection" as indicated in the name of the hotel. Hello everyone, I really liked the hotel!!! We have been vacationing in the UAE for the third time and this is the best hotel that really provides 5-star service. We took breakfast + dinner, which is quite enough because we went to see something during the day, and if not, then there is a promenade nearby where there are many cafes and you can have something to eat. The food was very tasty and varied. The room was super big, and there was a bathtub by the window (taking a bath with a great view is super). We had a rest in December 2024. A great place to relax, especially I would like to mention the hotel staff, starting from check-in and ending with room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were quickly processed, and we did not need to fill out anything, the hotel staff did everything, while they gave us a beautiful corner room with 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and it was possible to add an extra bed, since there were three adults and we were offered this and all without any additional charges and hints from our side. We checked in immediately upon arrival, there was no need to wait for 14.00. The room is huge, clean and modern. A gorgeous clean beach with white sand, open sea, not some kind of bay. We had breakfast and dinner, everything was very decent. It took us a while to find out that non-alcoholic drinks were included in the dinner, which comes at an additional cost in other hotels. Alcohol is very expensive in the hotel, but there is an Oscar alcohol market nearby, about 100 m from the hotel. If you leave the hotel, turn right, pass the Ajman Beach Hotel and turn right into the courtyard and you will be lucky) I have not seen animation, it is a bit boring, as it is far from all the attractions and walking areas. This is a nuance that needs to be considered when planning a vacation at this hotel. We took an individual tour of Dubai and a boat tour of the Dubai Marina. I recommend it, it's very interesting. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for our amazing stay and recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a relaxing holiday.

A wonderful hotel! Beautiful and cozy rooms, everything is clean, daily cleaning.There is a coffee machine and a kettle. Tea bags, coffee capsules, honey, cream are replenished every day.Drinking water is replenished daily and in sufficient quantity.Our room had a sea view. You could watch the sunset every day. The hotel has excellent staff, helpful and kind. Special thanks to Farida for the quick check-in and the beautiful room!!! We arrived in the morning and by 11 o'clock we were already settled, which was very pleasantly surprised and pleased, since checking into the hotel after 15 o'clock on the day of departure was also a bonus for free accommodation until 14 o'clock (and not until 12 o'clock), only you need to arrange this in advance at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to the shopping center: Dubai Mall, Ajman Mall and 2 more centers in Sharjah. The food in the restaurant is varied: meat, fish, various seafood, fruits, juices, yoghurts, ice cream, desserts, etc. Every day is a good choice and delicious! The only disadvantage is (we had breakfast and dinner) that for dinner they give you a choice of either tea or juice, if you want both, you will need to pay for one of the drinks. In general, everything is fine! I recommend the hotel! The Persian Gulf is amazing.

We stayed at the hotel from 27.12 to 3.01.25. I really liked it. The hotel is old . The furnishings in the rooms leave much to be desired, but everything you need is there. Cleaning, towel change, water, tea, coffee, etc. everything is there. The staff is very friendly. The food is varied and very tasty. There is a private beach. Towels were provided on the beach. There is a small swimming pool on site. There is also a Jacuzzi on site, but we did not use it. You can ride a scooter and a banana on the beach. In general, the 3 * hotel is very decent.

The wonderful Farida works, who speaks Russian and will help, tell you everything. The room is great, large balcony, huge bed. They are cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. The bay is clean, the sand is soft, but very hot. The territory is washed and cleaned constantly. The location is excellent, you can go out for a walk in the evening. Just a gorgeous hotel! I often come to the Emirates, this is the first hotel where all services are 5 stars!!! Delicious food, great beach, super rooms, expensive luxury cosmetics in the room, bathroom and separate bathroom, huge loggia, responsive staff. A Russian-speaking girl works at the hotel - a very pleasant, kind Farida, who will explain everything and help in everything. A huge room, a big bed, extraordinary bed linen, a mattress, you sleep like in a cloud! The beach is clean, the sand is white, the water is clear, the food is all fresh, delicious, if tomatoes are delicious fresh tomatoes, if it is meat, then it is cooked with soul, very tasty coffee!!! In general, I am absolutely delighted with the hotel!!!The location is excellent, in the evening you can go out for a walk, there are a lot of shops nearby, even an alcohol market in the courtyard with a huge assortment, 30-40 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall, airport. We had a vacation in November 2024,as a family with 2 children of 4 and 7 years old, all inclusive The hotel is great, we had a huge 2-room suite. Water and tea were replenished every day, 2p per day. The room is cleaned every day. The food is excellent, for breakfast you can order an omelette, fried eggs, generally eggs in any form. Sausages,bacon,cheese,porridge,rice,fruits,pancakes,waffles,pastries. At lunch, 2 types of soup,fish,meat,rice,potatoes,pasta.,fruits,pastries,salads,vegetables. Dinner-2 types of soup,seafood,meat,fish,2 types of rice,potatoes,barbecue,grilled vegetables,pastries and fruits. Coffee, tea, juices, spirits and cocktails. There's enough food, I'd say you won't be hungry. On the beach, the hotel staff serves,vacationers make an order and bring you drinks and food. There is a kids club, but we didn't go there. 2 swimming pools, one for adults only, the other for children and adults. The sea is gorgeous, warm, shallow. The beach is open until 18.00, the pools until 19.00. There is no animation. Sometimes they turn on music. We were fine without animation. The only drawback is that you need to occupy sun beds until 8.00 am, then there will be no places. In Dubai for the 4th time, I haven't seen this for a long time. We went to the center to look at the singing fountains, a taxi there and back 7500rub. From the guide, it is more expensive to book a transfer. A taxi was called to the airport, it took 30 minutes without traffic jams, the price was 2500rub. A wonderful hotel👍👍👍

I do not recommend the hotel, it does not meet 5, you will kill your health. My family and I came for the sake of the warm and clean sea. Bottom line: there are two drilling platforms in the sea opposite the hotel, and two tractors are operating to the left of the hotel, entering the sea along the platform. I drive piles into drilling platforms without interruption. We tried to swim in the sea several times, as soon as sea water gets on the skin, everything starts to sting, rashes appear on the skin, burning. Drilling platforms are working anyway, and all waste and chemicals end up in seawater. In the early days, the sea was closed, a red flag was hung out, they said that chemicals were draining from the platforms, and the next day, after complaints from vacationers, they opened the entrance to the sea. These are all their measures taken. When we purchased 2 rooms in this hotel, there was no warning that there was such a large-scale construction!!! We complained several times to the manager and asked to be allowed to go to the neighboring beach, there is a clear sea, they were not allowed, they asked to change the hotel, because it is a network hotel, they refused. They have to clean the beach several times a day, but it doesn't help, it still melts black dirty plastic from drilling rigs. Nutrition: there was nothing to eat! everything is peppered, overdried, there is no European food, poached eggs are saved for breakfast. We often see pots with some kind of bag untouched and they continue to make and exhibit it anyway, but don't you see that no one takes it, draw conclusions.
