This is a wonderful hotel with incredibly good service, and super good staff, from the very first step... Starting from the meeting place, the guys at the entrance, the reception, the personal manager on your floor, the restaurant, with your personal waiter, etc. Great breakfasts, fresh juices, an assortment of protein foods (I'm a meat eater)... The assortment is absolutely in all preferences. About the rooms: wow... The service is excellent. Cleaning twice. They tidy up in the morning, replenish the coffee table, and prepare the room for bed in the evening. Again, light cleaning, they straighten the huge bed, close the curtains, light, and you will sleep well in unreal comfort. The beach is great, the pools (2) are wonderful. The shuttle (bus to the malls and back) is free of charge, regularly. In general, the result. NOW IT'S OUR FAVORITE HOTEL. Just this way. There is a wonderful walking area around the hotel. The wonderful Farida works, who speaks Russian and will help, tell you everything. The room is great, large balcony, huge bed. They are cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. The bay is clean, the sand is soft, but very hot. The territory is washed and cleaned constantly. The location is excellent, you can go out for a walk in the evening. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing stay, no noisy companies, no parties, that's what was needed. We went to Dubai for entertainment. We checked in almost immediately upon arrival, we didn't even have time to go around everything while waiting for the room. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but an interpreter is helpful. There's a guy in the restaurant, Johnny, the waiter, who speaks Russian.The beach is small. Two pools, small ones. But you can also go to the neighboring hotel, there is a swing, inflatable circles, jet skis. The view from the room was to the sea right in the middle, it was great, the food system was all inclusive. The sound insulation is excellent. The cosmetics in the room are decent, the coffee machine in the room, coffee, milk, tea bags, kettle, are replenished every day. There is enough food for everyone in the restaurant, very diverse, 4 types of ice cream, different fruits, watermelons, melons, tangerines, pineapples, apples, pears, bananas, dragon fruit -every day, mango was three days......seafood is different every day, shrimp in batter, octopus was, meat (everything except pork), side dishes, stewed vegetables, two types of soups...I was pleased with the variety of cheeses. Bath and sauna are free (with All inclusive). There is a SPA. I had a gym, but I didn't visit it. We had a vacation in November 2024,as a family with 2 children of 4 and 7 years old, all inclusive The hotel is great, we had a huge 2-room suite. Water and tea were replenished every day, 2p per day. The room is cleaned every day. The food is excellent, for breakfast you can order an omelette, fried eggs, generally eggs in any form. Sausages,bacon,cheese,porridge,rice,fruits,pancakes,waffles,pastries. At lunch, 2 types of soup,fish,meat,rice,potatoes,pasta.,fruits,pastries,salads,vegetables. Dinner-2 types of soup,seafood,meat,fish,2 types of rice,potatoes,barbecue,grilled vegetables,pastries and fruits. Coffee, tea, juices, spirits and cocktails. There's enough food, I'd say you won't be hungry. On the beach, the hotel staff serves,vacationers make an order and bring you drinks and food. There is a kids club, but we didn't go there. 2 swimming pools, one for adults only, the other for children and adults. The sea is gorgeous, warm, shallow. The beach is open until 18.00, the pools until 19.00. There is no animation. Sometimes they turn on music. We were fine without animation. The only drawback is that you need to occupy sun beds until 8.00 am, then there will be no places. In Dubai for the 4th time, I haven't seen this for a long time. To stay on the beach or near the pool, you have to get up at 6:00 and take sun beds (spread towels and leave small things) . If you do not take care of the "place in the sun" in advance, it may turn out that all the sun beds are occupied (we experienced this in the first days of arrival), This situation is very unpleasant and very annoying. . The beach and access to the water are very good. The food in the hotel is 4 (on a 5-point system) - you won't be hungry, but there were no special culinary masterpieces either. Once (during the week) there was a dinner with shrimp and squid, once there was a dish with mussels, 2 times fresh berries were offered for breakfast, and once for breakfast I observed the presence of red fish. Hot meat dishes (beef, lamb, chicken) are always presented - 6 or 7 options. Hot fish dishes come in 1-2 versions. Fruits - watermelon, melon, Dragon fruit , apples, citrus fruits are always available. A large menu of egg dishes for breakfast. A classic set of 5-star hotel products and dishes (but without any special frills). The all inclusive system is very different from the Turkish version - the list of cocktails and alcoholic beverages is not large at all and the quality of alcohol is not high. My husband didn't like red label whiskey. And champagne is not bad. Chilean wines are also quite acceptable. What is still not pleasant is the service (serving drinks) at the beach and pool only from 11.00 . Since the hotel has guests who pay for services with cash, they are clearly a priority (such discrimination is very annoying). There are A la carte restaurants and according to the all inclusive concept, you can visit one restaurant (you need to make an appointment in advance). There is a free shuttle (bus) to Dubai Mall, Sharjah, Ajman Mall and Abu Dhabi (for a fee) - you must make an appointment in advance. Conclusion: the hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly, but unfortunately it is not a "luxury collection" as indicated in the name of the hotel. To occupy a sunbed , it 's generally a whole quest 😂you need to get up at 7 a.m. , or even earlier , and throw a towel on the sunbed . Who got up earlier , that 's the only way here ! Do not take excursions from the guide , this is a rip-off of clean water . There are Azerbaijani guys in Ajman not far from the hotel, they will organize an unrealistically cool excursion wherever you want for a great price. And not for 40 thousand rubles for two to an amusement park as the guide suggests . Next , the beach ... this is a separate story , what does not float there ? starting from cigarette butts , ending with cigarette packs , glass vodka bottles , bags , plastic bottles ... this is honestly darkness ! The adjacent beach of the Ajman hotel is bigger, cleaner, more comfortable and there are always plenty of free sunbeds. And what kind of pool is there? In general , the conclusion is that if we come to the emirates , then next time to neighboring Ajman . I don 't want to come back here at all !

We really wanted a pure beach holiday, this is an ideal place for this, there are two hotels nearby and you can use the beach of the neighboring Ajman beach, which is larger but smaller. The food was delicious and varied, and there were plenty of breakfasts and dinners. We had a room with a view of the bay, but I think a view of the sea would be more fun. Although it didn't spoil our vacation in any way. The room is large, spacious, and has good cosmetics. There are Russian-speaking channels. Two adults, one child. The sea is clean. We are currently (on October 2) staying at this hotel. I really liked the hotel before that. The restaurant is very bad now. Food for 3. We have everything included. If someone important shows up at the restaurant, they just put a bolt on the other guests and watch very carefully to see if the important guests are doing well. We ordered wine, but had to wait 15 minutes. After they asked what was wrong, they brought us our order anyway. All forces ( 6 people ) were thrown into the maintenance of the Important building.
