We stayed at the Ajman Sarai Hotel in January 2025, we were pleased with the comfort, cleanliness in the hotel, and fresh and varied breakfasts. The variety of fruits and berries was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very pleasant, helps in solving any issue, the atmosphere is wonderful, everyone takes care of you, and of course it is exciting and uplifting! Separately, I would like to note the competence, attentiveness, and efficiency of the receptionist, a lovely girl named Zara. She does everything for a great stay at the Ajman Sarai Hotel!

We stayed at the hotel from 27.12 to 3.01.25. I really liked it. The hotel is old . The furnishings in the rooms leave much to be desired, but everything you need is there. Cleaning, towel change, water, tea, coffee, etc. everything is there. The staff is very friendly. The food is varied and very tasty. There is a private beach. Towels were provided on the beach. There is a small swimming pool on site. There is also a Jacuzzi on site, but we did not use it. You can ride a scooter and a banana on the beach. In general, the 3 * hotel is very decent.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I don't understand where the enthusiastic reviews of tourists come from. We are very disappointed with the hotel and the beach. There is a barge in front of the hotel, starting at 7.30 a.m. pipes are being cut, ringing and rumbling from the construction site next to the hotel. Plastic fragments from pipes are floating everywhere in the water, and there is a constant discharge of foam. Of course, you can't swim in such horror. The administration does not respond to tourists' complaints. You can't use the neighboring beach from another hotel, because the sea is beautiful and clean there. I am attaching a photo. The review is absolutely honest, photo dated 04/28/2025, number 202. The hotel does not pull on its 5 stars: the lack of free deck chairs, dirty dishes, and fruits leave much to be desired. In November, we vacationed in Dubai at the Sheraton, the contrast of the level of hotels on the face. I do not recommend this hotel to rest. Don't spoil your vacation.

We had a rest with my wife from 07.10 to 17.10.24. Excellent hotel. The best in Ajman. Luxurious rooms, magnificent view from the balcony. But unfortunately there is one drawback. A small beach. In the season when the hotel is completely full (and we were just in season), we had to get up at 6.00 in the morning to take the sun beds. Great hotel. The service is excellent! The care cosmetics in the room are just great! The room has a coffee machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, TV. The rooms are huge. Separate toilet, separate shower and bathroom. Polite and attentive staff. Any issue is resolved instantly. Very tasty and varied cuisine! And the pastry chef is just a magician!!!Its own clean beach. The only thing is, when the hotel is fully occupied, there are not enough sun beds with an umbrella, and this is annoying. I have to run and study early in the morning. I RECOMMEND IT!

We had 2 rooms booked. Arriving early, we realized that they could check in after 14:00 or 15:00 hours. But since this was not the first time we visited this hotel and two rooms were booked, we expected that we would be checked into at least one room with the children early so that we could relax. As a result, we waited until 13:00-14:00 and gave the first number. Maybe they offered a room a little earlier, but since the view of the city and the lower floor did not look very good. The second room, they were waiting for cleaning, as it were, they received it after 15:00 and then after mentioning that their time was up. Additionally, they waited a day or two to change one of the rooms so that both would be on the same floor. So draw conclusions about the service. I did not like the modest choice of food, as well as the food was not in the main restaurant, the main one was under renovation, it was opened two days before departure. But it did not affect the choice of dishes. In general, the overall impression is spoiled by the employees of the hotel who did not want to solve our questions on check-in. I wanted to put 3 stars, but the sea, the sun, the beach helped to create a better impression of the hotel.

We visited the hotel in late October and early November (2024). The hotel has a small beach. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas , which spoils the impression of the hotel! We had an ALL-INCLUSIVE vacation! Ice cream during the day is an eternal finish for a child . It 's not a very diverse type of food , but you won 't starve ! The advantages are good, comfortable rooms . Comfortable mattresses and pillows, hygiene products (Byredo), lots of towels.

I was there during the renovation. It so happened that I paid for accommodation at the basic rate, and when I checked in due to these inconveniences with repairs, the prices for accommodation had already decreased by 30 percent from my purchase. We had a half-holiday stay in one Luxury hotel of another brand, and a move to this one, also designated as Luxury, but from Marriott. And the price was almost the same. And if the first hotel hadn't corrupted us with its conditions, then I would probably have been glad and happy. But after the arrival, we had some kind of depression for the first two days. Then they got used to it, I liked it. But still, something gnawed at the inside, that everything was wrong and wrong. If we take it in comparison, then the room of 44 sq. m. is too small. There is no dressing room, just a closet. The lobby of the hotel is ordinary, I didn't even want to be photographed. The pool is shallow. There are a lot of people. The sun beds are occupied in the morning. The beach is small and narrow. You can take water from a free vending machine on the beach, bottles of cold water will not be brought to you here as a free option with a wave of your hand, and you will receive towels yourself, no one will run and lay them for you. The water in the vending machine sometimes accumulates in a queue, then, at some point, the carbonated water ran out, the flavors too, the glasses too - like take your glass with you. Sun beds with umbrellas, no other options (gazebos, sun beds, hammocks, pools with adult-only areas - this is not here). There is a small assortment of food, but some hot dishes are changed every day. Don't expect champagne, freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, seafood and natural yoghurts here. Battered and smoked fish like our mackerel - yes, it will be provided. Parking is under the building, the entrance is difficult, the guard runs out every time and asks who I am and where from before he opens the barrier, and plaster from the ceiling can fall on the car - you need to look where to park.

Lovely hotel, room (we had a Delux with sea view) very nice, clean, everything worked. The room has a coffee machine, a kettle and everything for making them. If you do not drink drinks from the refrigerator (you need to leave a deposit for this), the drinks will be removed and you can use it for your products. Drinks at the restaurant by the pool and on the beach are brought by waiters, you need to sign for them, but since we had everything included, you do not need to pay extra at check-out. The territory is small, there are three swimming pools and a sandy beach by the bay. On the beach, sun beds (because of the small territory, they stand very close to each other, but no one bothers anyone and there are always places. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Dubai Mall and Ajman City Mall. At first glance, there is not much food in the restaurant, in fact there is a large selection and you can always find something delicious for yourself. The level of service is very high. The room was cleaned twice a day. P.S: I recommend it!

There are no questions about the rooms, everything is clean and cozy, as it should be in a 5-star hotel. As for everything else, it's very sad. The buffet assortment leaves much to be desired, especially for desserts. In the afternoon, you can have lunch at the restaurant on the beach according to the menu, the food is not bad, especially "wasabi shrimp", but it turns out that according to the all-inclusive system, you can choose only two dishes per person. Don't think that I eat too much, but it bothers me that there are some restrictions on all inclusive… On the beach, all the tables are numbered, they promised that there would be buttons to call the waiter - but in fact it is very difficult to wait for the waiters, the order is carried for a long time and very much strained with formalities such as "what room number", "sign the bill", etc. Mostly the waiters are busy hiking with a terminal for accepting payments from those who are only at breakfast. Drinks are carried "all inclusive" with such a mood, as if they are "torn from the heart." There are only three types of beer - Becks, Carlsberg and Stella Artua, although there is a lot of everything, including Corona Extra, but all for an additional fee. Some food on the menu is also available for an additional fee. That is, it turns out that it's like "all inclusive", but in fact "NOT all inclusive". For tourists who are used to ordering drinks/eating in Turkey by QR code, lying on the beach - I do not recommend this hotel, this will not be close here. Yes, Turkey has risen in price, but it's better to pay a little extra and not waste your precious time looking for waiters, waiting for your order and wasting your nerves. Service on the beach from 11 to 19 o'clock (if, of course, it can be called service. There is a sense of economy and the attitude towards all-inclusive tourists as "freeloaders", despite the fact that we have already paid for everything in advance. The staff is low-skilled, the tables are not cleaned, the trash cans on the beach are full. You make a remark - they apologize, a specially trained person comes and tampers the garbage in the tank with his hands. For people who value their time / nerves on vacation and know what "service" is, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are no complaints about the sea / location / beach. They will "feed up" with quite high-quality lunches or dinners, because taking a tour with a hotel lunch and dinner is TOO MUCH! Big deal: There is an alcohol store very close by! With a very decent assortment. A huge rarity for the UAE!

I really liked it. We were at the end of February. Warm, tanned. The pool is heated, the sea is warm. Russian-speaking staff is present. The service is good. The rooms are great. With the Egyptian five stars, it is not worth it, several orders of magnitude higher. The food is varied and delicious, but it's a pity there are no notes on what is spicy and what is not. There is a great gym. There is no children's animation as such, unless there is a children's area and a room on the territory for the little ones. I do not recommend the hotel, it does not meet 5, you will kill your health. My family and I came for the sake of the warm and clean sea. Bottom line: there are two drilling platforms in the sea opposite the hotel, and two tractors are operating to the left of the hotel, entering the sea along the platform. I drive piles into drilling platforms without interruption. We tried to swim in the sea several times, as soon as sea water gets on the skin, everything starts to sting, rashes appear on the skin, burning. Drilling platforms are working anyway, and all waste and chemicals end up in seawater. In the early days, the sea was closed, a red flag was hung out, they said that chemicals were draining from the platforms, and the next day, after complaints from vacationers, they opened the entrance to the sea. These are all their measures taken. When we purchased 2 rooms in this hotel, there was no warning that there was such a large-scale construction!!! We complained several times to the manager and asked to be allowed to go to the neighboring beach, there is a clear sea, they were not allowed, they asked to change the hotel, because it is a network hotel, they refused. They have to clean the beach several times a day, but it doesn't help, it still melts black dirty plastic from drilling rigs. Nutrition: there was nothing to eat! everything is peppered, overdried, there is no European food, poached eggs are saved for breakfast. We often see pots with some kind of bag untouched and they continue to make and exhibit it anyway, but don't you see that no one takes it, draw conclusions.

We are resting now in this hotel. The room is on the second floor with a sea view. The view is amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned efficiently, everything is clean. I was there in the spring of 2025, the sea was warm and very good, but for me personally, the minus is a warm pool, just too much.The room is clean and tidy.I especially liked the bathroom, it was stylish, clean, and spacious.If you go for half board, it is more profitable to go to a store near the hotel (the same cola in the store costs about 5-6 dirhams, and in the hotel 20).The food is delicious, there is a very large selection for breakfast, you can also order an omelet separately, by the way, there are 2 very tasty pancakes (as they once were at McDonald's).The mall is 10-15 minutes away by taxi.The hotel says that the price will be 40-50 dirhams, for a total of 20-28 dirhams.There are transfers to Dubai Mall (but I didn't like that if you go, then you go for the whole day from 12:00 to 20:00,Sahara City Center,Sharjah City Center,transport also goes.You can also play squash at the hotel (few people know about this, so there are no people).There is a 16+ swimming pool.There are no problems with sun beds.You can always approach a hotel employee and ask them to find a place, sometimes they come up on their own. That seems to be all, and in general I liked the hotel.
