Not a bad hotel. Good varied cuisine, fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are served for breakfast. After the flight from Moscow, the hotel made a positive impression! The hotel is worth its 5 stars. The room is beautiful: I liked the wardrobe, bathroom (bath and shower), byredo cosmetics. A huge comfortable bed for adults, a child of 8 years old on an extra bed, a child of 4.5 years old fit on the sofa (which is in the room). The cleaning is of high quality. All inclusive food : order egg varieties from the waiter for breakfast, lunch and dinner - there is less choice than in Turkey, but everything is edible. The wine is fine. One request, if there is beef stroganoff on the adult table, then you can also put meat on the children's table (BUT without Mushrooms) instead of fried dumplings. The beach is clean, the bay is clean! The only sun beds are occupied in advance with towels. Water in the shower without heating))) Sometimes the floor in Vista restaurant is dirty (but this is a quibble). The hotel is great, the all inclusive system is worth it! The rooms are just great. The room is about 40m2. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, a kettle, of course tea leaves and capsules, sugar, this is understandable. Bottled water is not limited. We were given 6 bottles a day. In addition, there is a special house on the territory where water can be poured into glasses and a bottle , both plain and carbonated , and with fruit fillers at least around the clock!.. The staff is so "well-trained" in the good sense of the word that any of your requests for household issues are resolved immediately! The room has a comfortable wide bed and a large TV, a bathroom with a large window, a bathtub and a shower, And a bathroom with Bayredo cosmetics! This is an expensive niche cosmetics, just for a minute. It's nice!The room also has a large loggia with a couch and pillows, a table and rattan chairs, and if you also take a view of the Persian Gulf, then it's just great!!!The food in the restaurant is very good, a buffet, a selection of cheeses, fish and meat, and the fruits surprised - in addition to apples, pears, bananas, plums, also exotic fruits - pineapple, dragon fruit, guava and some others that I do not even know, assorted fresh berries every morning!- strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries! Delicious breakfasts for every taste, almost the same set of dishes every day, but it's very diverse, we didn't take lunches and dinners, I can't appreciate it. In the evening we went to the nearest seafood restaurants, a very convenient location of the hotel - there are a lot of small supermarkets and cafes nearby. There is an opportunity to take a walk in the evening - the embankments are located on both sides of the hotel. Drinks and food are served from the bar on the beach of the hotel, and in the hottest weather, ice water and lemon are offered free of charge. The rooms are large, we lived on the 1st floor above the entrance group of the hotel with a view of the city, there was no noise when the balcony door was closed, prayers were heard with the door open (we lived during Ramadan) we liked to listen to them! A room with two bathrooms, beautifully decorated, we had a huge terrace instead of a simple balcony, they constantly bring water, coffee capsules, honey, soap, change of towels every day, apparently a change of bed linen as well. An interesting restaurant with delicious Indian and Arabic cuisine on site. Daily shuttle to Dubai Mall, which is very convenient when tired of the beach or burned in the sun. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a holiday!

We had a rest in the period of 10-21 May 2023, a wonderful hotel. Everything is convenient and compact. The staff is friendly, attentive. We were escorted off and presented cakes with personal wishes in the evening. The location is good. Opposite the hotel there is a promenade area ,children's climbing walls, cars , cafes ,a promenade for walking. There are shops and souvenir shops within walking distance, if you want, you can drive 10-15 minutes to the City center 20-25 dirhams by taxi. To Dubai Mall 40-45 minutes transfer from the hotel daily at 12 o'clock. The food is good, you will not be hungry. There was seafood for dinner on Fridays. Very dignified.There was always red fish in the morning, wonderful desserts and puddings. We took "all inclusive" and were satisfied. All drinks are of good quality (alcohol, cocktails, wine). Of the minuses, only one thing bothers when locals come for the weekend on Friday evening. Immediately, it somehow feels too many people for such a compact hotel.

We had a rest in April 2023. The service is excellent. We arrived around 9 am. At the request, they gave the room right away, although check-in is from 15.00. Upon check-in, they offered to extend the stay in the room until 14.00 on the day of departure, since the departure was in the evening. Of course, we agreed. Russian speakers work at the reception, although not every day. We took "all inclusive". The kitchen is ordinary. There is always fish, chicken, beef, lamb meat. There are smoked salmon sandwiches for breakfast every day. Fried salmon, mussels, and shrimp were sometimes served for dinner. In one of the themed evenings, lobster, oysters, salmon baked in salt, and other marine inhabitants were served. From alcohol there was red and white wine, brut champagne (I don't know the wine manufacturer), Johnny Walker Red Label whiskey, stella Artois and Carlsberg beer, cola, mirinda, saven up, juices (mango, orange, apple, etc.) Chicken broth and some kind of mashed soup (vegetable, mushroom, etc.) were also served at lunch. There were always 4 types of ice cream for dinner (mango, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla). Tea and coffee for lunch and dinner should be ordered by the waiter. There is 1 coffee machine for breakfast, tea must also be ordered by the waiter. The water in the room is constantly replenished. In the room there is a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, 3 types of coffee, 4 types of packaged tea, milk, sugar, a tiny jar of honey. We didn't have a refrigerator in the room. Every evening they came and asked about the need for water, coffee, tea. The room was taken with a view of the city. We did not regret it, because we looked at the evening Ajman and the bay. There are 2 bathrooms in the room. Toilet, and a separate shower room with a bathtub. The shower window was near the bathtub with a view of the balcony. The balcony in the room is just huge! The room is fresh, the bed and towels were changed daily. Cosmetics in the bathroom "byredo". There are 2 Russian channels. The hotel itself is beautiful. The beach is clean, small, but there was always enough space for us, despite the fact that vacationers occupied the sunbeds with towels early in the morning. On the beach, according to the "all inclusive" concept, only drinks from 11 to 19. You can change lunch at the restaurant for lunch on the beach (Caesar salads, nicoise, pizza, burgers, French fries, etc.). At the same time, you can order only 1 appetizer and 1 main course. Everything above is paid. In the beach bar for "all inclusive" there is such a "trick": you can eat and drink only on the beach. If you come and get a table at the beach bar, you'll have to pay for the service. The waiters warn about this. Sometimes it took a very long time to wait for an order on the beach. This is a minus. We went swimming on the beach of a nearby hotel. It is possible to walk freely on it and the coastline there is much larger. From the hotel we ourselves went to Dubai by taxi. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall. We drove 1.5 hours to the Atlantis Water Park. We were satisfied with the rest.

Declared as 5*, but a lot of little things that spoil the impression: - until you ask, they don't put a dental kit; - do not update cosmetics well; - poor carpet cleaning in the common corridors, during the week of my stay I constantly observed all kinds of dirt and garbage on the way to the room; - there is no mini-bar in the room, well, or it was hidden, although we had everything included. There is no cold water to drink in the room, there is also nowhere to store fruit; - VERY mediocre, tasteless food. It is there, but the choice is very modest, not level 5 *. There is no children's menu, there are no fish and seafood (except for themed dinners), the food is straight for three with a minus, we did not expect; - in general, the hotel is tired, there are no tiles in the children's pool in places, sockets are loose, lamps do not work in places, the air conditioner in the room was constantly clicking. Because they only slept in the room, they didn't bother much, but at first it was a little annoying; - a lot of garbage on the beach, poorly cleaned (well, the main question for those who do not clean up after themselves and litter); - I ordered a watermelon on the beach, once they said to pay - OK, no question, the second time they counted it as all inclusive. I didn't understand the logic/scheme; - parties / weddings at the hotel and will have to endure the noise. Now about the pros: - gorgeous beach and sea; - a great big room, it's a little unusual that there is a separate bathroom and toilet; - I'll write about the staff again. They are trying very hard! - good quality cosmetics (Byredo); - just amazing beds, pillows and blankets, incredibly comfortable, gentle, moderately soft, like a mother's embrace; - despite the traffic jams, we reached Dubai in an hour / hour twenty, we did not use the shuttle, we ordered a taxi. In the evening, we flew from Dubai in 35-40 minutes; - beautiful interior of the hotel in oriental style and charming aroma inside. I won't come here a second time. Neighboring Fairmont wins by the quality of stay. The food in it is also an order of magnitude better (as of the end of 2019, perhaps now it has also deteriorated).
