We are currently resting in Ajman Sarai. I cannot agree with the laudatory reviews. The hotel does not exactly match its star rating, 4 no more. I'll start with the beach: there is no toilet and changing rooms on the beach itself, you need to go down near the children's club; the dispenser does not work periodically, you need to look for an employee to turn it on. The biggest problem is communication, wi-fi is constantly turned off, you need to connect almost every 5-10 minutes, there is no way to call at all. Now about cleaning: no cleaning 2 times a day, in the evening they come in and ask if water, tea and honey are needed (they give 1 jar for two) you constantly need to ask. And the food is monotonous, the service is slow, it is not usual for us Russians. Russian Russian-speaking staff is not present: 1 boy at the reception, rarely works, there are no waiters at all, although about 80% of Russians are in the hotel; we bring them our money, and they don't even want to learn a couple of phrases in Russian. But nearby in the shops they speak Russian, that's what the desire to earn money means. You can relax here: quietly, calmly, but not for this money.

Check-in at 15.00 We were really offered the possibility of early check-in, but the room was with two separate beds and we refused. As a result, it was very painful to wait for the appointed time, which affected the condition. The next day was ruined. However, they issued a late check-out, since the departure was about 21 hours And even more painful for me were the restrictions of the territory - there is no opportunity to walk along the coast and even more terrible were the whistles- bans on bathing (it's just terrible) with a small wave and after sunset, when it's time, desire and opportunity to swim (no burning sun) Restrictions in swimming are unacceptable. Our room was on the 6th floor (625), our friends had it on the 1st floor (123), but really this is the third floor in the usual sense. The view of the city and partly of the sea is wonderful. The number is beyond praise. Large, comfortable. A separate bathroom, and a separate toilet, a spacious dressing room. Two separate beds are large and comfortable, Snow-white linen ., towels - for all occasions, bathrobes, (replaced every day), slippers, iron, hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, soap - very good quality. But there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving accessories. Minus. The AI system starts at 15:00, and in a normal situation I wouldn't have any questions, but my accommodation is paid for two, all breakfasts/lunches/dinners and drinks are paid FOR TWO, and I (since I arrived alone, early, sooo upset because my husband was deployed on the passport control, and with it the luggage in which we provided a snack, since we knew about the rules of the hotel) asked me to provide me with one lunch due to the fact that I will use the services of the hotel alone for at least 4 days. But the hotel categorically refused. Although, I think it was not the hotel that refused, but one of the employees. Also, another of the employees refused to change the number, because there were a number of comments to the received one... But at the same time, after another unsuccessful attempt to change the room, I just burst into tears and left, and after 5 minutes a charming and friendly manager came to me, and I was given a room with a magnificent view of the sea. So it was possible from the very beginning?? After 4 days, my husband came, and the rest of the rest we just enjoyed the hotel. I understand that there are rules and instructions, but a little empathy for the hotel administrators still does not hurt. The food at the hotel is delicious, I recommend having lunch on the beach or by the pool, since lunch from the restaurant is much tastier than lunch from the buffet. Breakfast for 5+. The quality of the drinks is also the highest score. It is worth learning from the Turks to feed guests from the doorstep (from the buffet!), and the competition at the hotel will be many times less))
