We have been to this hotel as frequent guests, more than 15 times, but they greet us from the doorstep so that we will not come again. We booked a tour with my mom, we sat at the reception for an hour, the staff seemed to be looking for a room with two beds, of course, they did not find it. I asked to charge the phones in the lobby while I was waiting, the girl at the reception refused. Now, having arrived on my only vacation for a lot of money, I will sleep on a cot, like in an old Soviet boarding house. I do not recommend the hotel.
