We went to the Ak-Bermet hot springs every day. A very pleasant place: friendly reception staff, clean changing rooms, nice territory. From the recommendations: 1. Hang a large clock to control the time. 2. It would be good if a certain temperature was maintained in the pools, while yesterday there was warm water in a particular pool, today you go in - there is almost boiling water. 3. There are not enough recommendations on how to properly stay in the sources: in what order, to whom what water temperature is recommended, how long to stay in the pool. And so everything is great!

A wonderful thermal spring! Everything here is perfectly landscaped, clean and tidy! Beautiful roses are blooming on the territory, and there is a lot of greenery. There is a swimming pool with fish, a cafe and a Russian bath!

We rested for 5 nights from 01 to 06 June 2024 in building 2 economy: old furniture with bedbugs and a toilet-shower without a hair dryer. The food was excellent and hearty, fruits and water were bought at the entrance to the hotel in shops, entertainment was in the cafe: billiards, karaoke and evening spa treatments. In hot springs, the water is above 45 degrees or 14 degrees, a very good indoor pool with diluted thermal water is 27 degrees

We wanted to visit the thermal baths and the pool, we need hats for the pool ( which of course we didn't know about)
One pool with ice water ( if you dive perfectly) the rest are all hot ( not counting the children's paddling pool )
If you have lunch in the cafe of the complex +1 hour as a gift , I was very pleased .
After lunch, there are a lot of people, I really didn't like looking at Muslim women swimming in clothes ( there is a fine written at the entrance for this , but I understand that everyone doesn't care)

The boarding house is clearly not worth the money that is being asked for it, do not expect Asian hospitality. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners that are included in the price are meager, the portions are definitely not Asian, I would say so that they do not starve to death. According to the goodies, it's fine, in some places it's delicious. Salads atas, we can say that these are not salads, but just slicing vegetables. The baths did not understand the joke, probably because they were when it was hot, and it was not comfortable to spend time there, although there were just a lot of people there. The rooms were in the second building, a suite, generally normal, but dirty, and repairs need to be done. It is definitely boring with children, since there is no entertainment. In the evening, there is only a terrace where you can drink coffee or something hot for a lot of money, and listen to live music. I won't go any more, and I don't advise you. Well, issykul is Issykul, I won't write anything here.

We visited the Ak Bermet hot springs today. The water in all 7 baths is boiling water, it is impossible to enter the water, you can cook, all visitors walk and do not know what to do. The only tub with tolerable water is teeming with children who jump into it at a run, and none of the staff monitors the comfort of visitors and does not make a remark to them. The water in the bathrooms is not running, but circulates in a circle, dirty, with hair and mucus. As a result, you pay money, but you don't actually receive paid services.

We arrived in a company and they didn't let us in because the company was Russian, although we had a rest a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine
But the most interesting thing is that when the relatives came during the conversation and they were calmly and politely allowed in ! And they continued to be rude and kick us out of there !
The receptionist is Nestan (an adult woman). And she behaves like a 15-year-old girl
Horror!!!!!
Just because of this, I do not recommend this place!

We were in Ak-Bermet today, in a new cafe on the Terrace, we did not like it there, there are no some items on the menu, they did not bring fresh carrots, they ordered ginger tea, they brought some kind of liquid without ginger. They add 15% of their service to the order amount. Super! The view is presentable, the feeling is the same (until you order something from the menu, and they tell you that it's not there today)

I recommend starting with a large round one, it is the coolest of the hot ones, then it is hotter in the neighboring ones. It is difficult to sit in the hottest for more than a minute, then you can jump into a large rectangular pool with cold water - cheerfulness will be guaranteed)
Minus - in some pools the water is dirty, but it is noticeable only if you look closely

The guard did not let us into the territory of the sanatorium, neither for free nor for money. He said, "for guests only." Although he was completely wrong according to the law, I told him about it, he didn't care 🤐
I ruined not only a good impression of Kyrgyz hospitality, but of course, we will never return to this sanatorium again.

The only thing that didn't work was the sauna and the hammam, as they said the work was being done.

Чисто, народу было средне, тк был пасмурный день, видимо все поехали по источникам. Несколько бассейнов с минеральной водой, соленая, все горячие с разной интенсивностью. 1 бассейн с холодной /пресной водой. 1 джакузи, всегда битком. 2 бассейна совсем с кипятком (всегда пустые) На территории терм есть массаж, рыбки Руффу, кафе, туалет. Время нахождения 1 час, далее доплата.

Очень хороший пансионат. Кормили очень хорошо. За 8 дней дважды меняли постель. Пансионат расположен в зелёной зоне: старые высокие ели, берёзовые рощицы роскошные сосны. Два комплекса бассейнов с минеральной горячей водой из источников. Роскошный пирс.

The junior suite is not cleaned, the bed is not changed, towels are not changed, tea is not given. In the springs, the walls of the pools are poorly cleaned. It would be nice to hang an electronic scoreboard in the spa area, where the temperature of the air, the water in each pool and the time will be indicated. Information about mineral water and wells would not hurt.

Были в феврале, людей в спа было мало. Отлично провели время. Чистый современный комплекс с кафе, баней, просторной раздевалкой, бассейнами и массажем. Зимой самое то что надо (+6 С) организм успевает немного охладится на улице после горячих ванн.

Hot springs are a must to visit. However, most are either very hot or cold. But a couple of pools have beautiful very warm water. We had a wonderful conversation with the Kyrgyz, there are no language problems, people are very friendly.

I will immediately note that we lived in this complex in the second half of September, it's not the season, all the rooms are empty, we took a room in the new building 3, the price of the room is 10900 for a suite for two and then the entrance to the source is 300 som, like for living you get a discount of 100 som))) going to the gym 300 som, to the pool 300 som, for the fact that the car is in an empty parking lot 100 som, in general, everything is so greedy that it is disgusting, although there is money. I recommend a good general massage for 2000 som. Everything is fine in the room, but there are bedbugs and ants. The territory is green, beautiful and what squirrels are running around there, just a buzz. By the way, there are other hotels nearby, where the price is 2, or even 3 times cheaper, you can buy there and go to the springs for 400 som at 1.15min, just like for residents, the time is the same, the price for 100 som is different))))

Удобные шкафчики с магнитным замком, большая чистая территория с бассейнами/ванными с горячей водой разной температуры, шезлонги, кафе, ну в общем хорошо.

За эти деньги вполне сносно. Большая территория. Красивый парк. Номера конечно прокуренные и на полу ковролин видавший виды, для переночевать и помыться можно пожить несколько дней. Питание хорошее. Порции конечно для взрослого мужчины маленькие. Но много кафешек вокруг и на территории. Мы жили в 2-х местом стандарте в 1 корпусе. Большой балкон это плюс.

Все вполне прилично, особенно, на фоне др. заведений с термальными ваннами. Но хочется побольше внимания уборке в раздевалках, да и на территории, а также контролю за количеством клиентов.

Вот точно, спа салон. Очееень горячая вода. Мы в таких ванна в детстве ноги парили.. Сначала один пальчик, потом второй, потом пяточки. Здесь надо крепкое здоровье, сердце иметь. Нагрузка кипятка велика. Всё горячии. И один холодный. Как местные жители в них купаются, не знаю. Наверное привыкли.. Вода естественная, минеральная. Я ножки лкунала. То в горячую, то в холодную. И они сказали мне спасибо. Потом легко по горам скакала. Рекомендую всем. Только аккуратно. 400 рублей на час. С собой все иметь и полотенце. Либо доплачивать.

Отдыхала в этом отеле в августе 2022 года. Персонал вежливый, внимательный, на любую просьбу отзываются и стараются помочь. Территория частично ухожена, другая часть в разрухе: сгнившие доски на дорожках и мостике. Заросший и замусоренный пруд. На пирсе сквозь покраску проступает ржавчина. Ежедневная уборка пляжа не производится. Часть корпусов ещё советской постройки. Лифтов нет. В номерах нет кондиционеров, нет шкафов, только металлические вешала с плечиками. Из посуды в наличии только 2 кружки с блюдцами. Питание трёхразовое без шведского стола и предварительного заказа. Пользование термальными бассейнами за дополнительную оплату. Стоимость номеров очень высокая.

Много людей. Душ внутри не работает. Туалет один, в него постоянно очередь. Думаю персоналуистоит подумать над улучшением качества сервиса. Сами термы дают море эмоций и приятное ощущение после посещения.

Отдыхали в июле 2022 года, очень понравились горячие источники в районе Чолпон-Аты, бассейны с разной температурой воды от холодной до практически кипятка. В спа салоне отличные массажисты. Очень рекомендую к посещению.

Номера старые просят дорого, водятся мыши и тараканы. Еда для взрослых, для детей нет, расписания меню нет, часто повторяется. Некоторые блюда вкусно готовят. Зона очень хорошая, пляж, пирс но похоже Директор жадный, не вкладывают, не управляют - все на самотёк. Персонал старается но его мало. Цена - качество не совпадает.
