Top place. I go there to play the guitar. It's spacious and doesn't smell. Comfortable sofas. The staff is good. There are many offices. For rent too.

I've never seen a worse place, the walls are broken, the TV is in pieces, the room is like after a bombing. It is smeared with a solution as if the master has just come out and is already offering a room. Bloody splashes dirty floors in the corners there are generally repairs washed skirting boards overgrown.

Prices are like in a 5 star hotel, the rooms are dirty there is no toilet lid in the toilet, the door is broken, it does not close, the room smells of urine, all the walls and the dirt of the bed are broken, the old bed linen is not washed. And this is a room for 12 thousand tenge, I went in, saw and came out. That's it.
