Externally, the hall on the second floor is good. The receptionist never came out during the entire event. The waiter is alone at two tables, does not have time to serve. There is no music, what is expensive there and constantly sounds and makes noise, no one can adjust it, they also turned it off in the middle of the event and then they sat without anything at all.
