I would like to leave a serious complaint about the quality of medical care at the Ak Senym Medical Center at Kaldayakov 54. For 5 days in a row, the nurses of this medical center injected the drug into me intravenously, despite the fact that the bottle clearly stated: "solution for oral administration." None of the nurses paid any attention to the way the drug was used. I am in a position (pregnant), which makes this situation especially dangerous and unacceptable. I am extremely outraged by the lack of proper supervision, professional care and responsibility on the part of the medical staff. Such mistakes can have serious consequences for the health of the patient and the unborn child. I believe that the management of the medical center is obliged to: • conduct an internal audit; • Take action against the staff; • Strengthen control over the administration and administration of drugs. I hope my review will help prevent similar cases with other patients.
