I have been living at the AK Tilek residential complex since 01.01.16. In general, the complex is not bad, although the quality of construction work was carried out with numerous violations. The first year there were interruptions with cold water on the 10th floor and in 1918 there were systematic interruptions with water due to illiterate operation of the pumping unit. Winter from 16 to 17 g we were heated from our boiler room it was very expensive and cold, later we were taken by a kind of heat transfer with city rates and the temperature became warm. On the positive side, you can also note the cleanliness in the yard, in the entrances, a good playground, this is where the good ends. The roof in the first entrance has been running since 16g to this day. They tried to fix it several times, but for some reason to no avail.again, since the 16th century, no one has ever reported to the tenants about the collection and expenditure of funds.The construction of the parking lot has not been completed and it is unknown whether it will be completed. For some reason, they charge money from the residents of the house for setting up transport in the courtyard, allegedly for protection, but no one guards the transport
