Two stars for the fact that there is a guard at the entrance, and access to the residential complex is only by keys or with the permission of the owner, who can be called by the guard. Otherwise, it's just "trash", the first impression is that I'm in some kind of ghetto, some kind of African country, everything inside the buildings in the entrances is ruined, dirt, cold, stench. All kinds of characters are not there.
