On September 3, 2022, I found a textbook of interest to me on the website of this store, we were driving with my daughter to get a textbook from the other side of the city. There are no textbooks available, all the store's phones are constantly busy, and Viber is not responding. The sellers said there have been no such books for a long time. The site is not being updated. I do not recommend it

A very good bookstore. I came specially from Moscow to visit it and buy books in the Belarusian language. Please note that it has two different rooms and, accordingly, two entrances. Polite and unobtrusive sellers. The cards of Russian banks do not work, I had to pay in cash.

The other day, at the request of my sister, I went to the store to buy a book for my niece. The disappointment is complete. There was a red-haired lady in the hall, made up as if she worked part-time at night in a completely different place and showed her displeasure with the visitors who came. Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and approach. She couldn't answer a single question to the books that her nephew needed to study. Complete incompetence, I had to go to another store.

I come here to get school supplies. Usually there is everything you need. Now they have the opportunity to order the necessary books through the online store. It is very comfortable. I ordered online, they called me, clarified what was available (unfortunately, it was stated in the online store that there was a benefit, in fact it was not). Then they just gave me an already completed order at the checkout. It is very convenient and saves time.

In general, a good store: there are a lot of books, everything is neat, the employees are competent and friendly. It is especially good that the store is divided into two parts: one with educational and scientific literature, the second with art. The only disadvantage is the small space. I've never liked tall bookcases - it's not convenient, but I personally understand, so I give 5 stars, not 4. But still, it's annoying that sometimes there is a crowd and a long queue.
