It's not a good impression. I went there on May 12th to buy a battery. They immediately sold the e-lab 75 Ca-Ca, issued a guarantee, and took the old one as a credit (this is important)! The price was announced at 340 rubles, I started Googling prices, and the seller immediately discounted it to 310 rubles. I would like to note that this store is Akkamulik's partner, and the same battery is on their website and now costs 256r (237 rub when handing over the old one). The warranty card was issued to me on an Accamulik letterhead with the seal of Alrus-Trade. By the way, as it turned out, my wife bought her Tab there, but she has a Rimbat warranty card with the same Alrus-Trade seal. When selling and handing over the battery to me, the seller did not check the battery in any way, neither the charge level nor the plug - nothing! Upon arrival home, I installed the battery on the car, it started up badly right away, then it was fine, I didn't pay attention, but I should have. I traveled until the beginning of June, but I stopped holding it. I put it on charge - 7 Ah pumped until it was fully charged. What to do on June 4 was delivered under warranty. The employee measured - 8 volts under the plug, there are still problems with the density. They took the type to the service, although it is clear that the battery is dead. While she was in the service, I realized that I had been deceived - they were trying to sell the dead battery. I decided to take the money. A week and a half later, on June 13, they called me, saying that the battery was found defective and they were ready to give me a new one, but they refused to return the money over the phone. I found out from a lawyer that this is nonsense, that we are obliged to return the money under the ZZPP. They also wanted to return it on June 17th, so that I could wait. But the point is, I paid with a card. In general, I came to them, and the question arose about the battery that I handed over to them as a credit. Because its price is 1.5*19 = 28 rubles upon delivery. But the store categorically refused to return anything for the accepted battery. Logically, I gave them 310 rubles + an old battery, for which I got a faulty battery. I returned the faulty battery to them, received only 310 rubles. And they handed over the battery themselves and put the money in their pocket. I didn't swear and ruin my nerves. I bought a battery from competitors, the release date is May 2025, the tests are excellent, the internal resistance is 3.44 mOhm. The tests were carried out before the transfer without any problems. We made a discount even without handing over the old one. And I will never contact the Start battery again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. What I understood: - the prices are too high, they can fool the head of an ignorant buyer - they can paint an old battery that has been tested - they sell without control, so check the parameters with a tester when buying - they sell batteries from Akkamulik, their warranty card, but the prices are higher - the habits of car market sellers from the 90s, because now everything is civilized in the car market.
