It's a nice neighborhood, lots of kids, there's a big Magnum nearby, gourmet bars, and good cafes. There is one thing, but... ever since the Haven Hall restaurant was opened near the houses, the noise of the ventilation system has been heard. The noise is loud at night.

The area is relatively young, but it is quickly being built up with new buildings and the necessary infrastructure for residents. A large Magnum supermarket with excellent parking and a car wash, with convenient check-in and check-out. A gas station, and small shops with the necessary goods are all within reach. In a few stops you can get to both the Almaty Arena and the PSC. There is a place to walk, people who are passionate about sports have a place to work out and run. You can ride bicycles with the breeze and see the city in the palm of your hand. You can find your charms and flaws anywhere, and this area is no exception, but I leave good reviews, and the bad ones are looking for people who want to see them.
